{"id":9068,"date":"2019-12-07T21:23:11","date_gmt":"2019-12-07T20:23:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/?p=9068"},"modified":"2020-02-25T13:40:34","modified_gmt":"2020-02-25T12:40:34","slug":"bally-18-ans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2019\/12\/07\/bally-18-ans\/","title":{"rendered":"Bally 18 ans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Nouvelle s\u00e9lection martiniquaise pour <strong>Hubert Corman<\/strong>, cette fois ci c&rsquo;est du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de <strong>Bally <\/strong>que nous nous promenons&#8230; et pas n&rsquo;importe lequel car du haut de ses <strong>18 <\/strong>ans en f\u00fbt, cette s\u00e9lection est de fait le Bally le plus \u00e2g\u00e9 jamais mis en bouteille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 3 \u00e9chantillons propos\u00e9 par <strong>Marc Sassier<\/strong> \u00e0 Hubert, suivant plusieurs crit\u00e8res discut\u00e9s au pr\u00e9alable, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;\u00e9norme chance de pouvoir d\u00e9guster ceux ci lors de la s\u00e9lection \u00e0 Battice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u00efvement, j&rsquo;aime \u00e0 penser que j&rsquo;ai eu mon petit mot \u00e0 dire dans cet embouteillage, m\u00eame si \u00e9videmment je ne suis qu&rsquo;un tout tout petit maillon dans toute l&rsquo;histoire&#8230; mais bon, le moment aura \u00e9t\u00e9 vraiment chouette !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de cette s\u00e9lection, les 3 \u00e9chantillons propos\u00e9s \u00e9taient tous d&rsquo;une tr\u00e8s belle qualit\u00e9 et nous avions droit aux mill\u00e9simes suivant <strong>2000-2006-2008<\/strong>&#8230; Tous les 3 d&rsquo;excellente qualit\u00e9 soit dit en passant&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"954\" height=\"714\" src=\"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_20190701_112533565-1.jpg\" alt=\"S\u00e9lection de 3 J.Bally\" class=\"wp-image-9070\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_20190701_112533565-1.jpg 954w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_20190701_112533565-1-595x445.jpg 595w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_20190701_112533565-1-768x575.jpg 768w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/IMG_20190701_112533565-1-160x120.jpg 160w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 954px) 100vw, 954px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la petite histoire, arriv\u00e9 au <strong>2000<\/strong>, notre premi\u00e8re impression \u00e0 tous les deux aura \u00e9t\u00e9 un franc et acad\u00e9mique \u00ab\u00a0<em>Bordel de putain de merde, c&rsquo;est bon \u00e7a !<\/em> \u00ab\u00a0&#8230; autant dire qu&rsquo;il aura fait mouche assez rapidement \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme pour le <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2018\/09\/09\/trois-rivieres-2005-cuvee-bele\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Trois Rivi\u00e8res 2005 (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">Trois Rivi\u00e8res 2005<\/a><\/strong>, Hubert \u00e0 souhait\u00e9 personnaliser l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette ainsi que la boite&#8230; et plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;indiquer le mill\u00e9sime, il d\u00e9cide d&rsquo;afficher <strong>l&rsquo;\u00e2ge <\/strong>de ce v\u00e9n\u00e9rable Bally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les f\u00e9rus de <strong>transparence<\/strong>, tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut savoir et m\u00eame plus est indiqu\u00e9 sur la bo\u00eete. Une longue ann\u00e9e plus tard, celui ci est embouteill\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une bonne cure d&rsquo;a\u00e9ration&#8230; <strong>408 <\/strong>bouteilles de 70cl auront \u00e9t\u00e9 produites \u00e0 partir de ce f\u00fbt unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couleur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vieil <strong>acajou<\/strong>, tr\u00e8s sombre et gras&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le premier nez nous d\u00e9voile un rhum \u00e9tonnamment <strong>fruit\u00e9 <\/strong>sur les agrumes, <strong>l&rsquo;orange <\/strong>sanguine, <strong>l&rsquo;abricot <\/strong>en confiture et m\u00eame quelques notes <strong>florales<\/strong>. Je dis \u00e9tonnamment car apr\u00e8s 18 ans dans son f\u00fbt, on s&rsquo;attend plus \u00e0 des notes <strong>tertiaires<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>tabac <\/strong>brun, le <strong>bois\u00e9 <\/strong>cendr\u00e9, <strong>l&rsquo;encaustique, <\/strong>le <strong>camphre, <\/strong>la <strong>r\u00e9glisse <\/strong>viennent ensuite remettre les choses dans la logique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bois\u00e9 est redoutablement gourmand, il nous offre du beau <strong>chocolat<\/strong>, des fruits secs, des traces <strong>vanill\u00e9es<\/strong>, un l\u00e9ger c\u00f4t\u00e9 de <strong>poudre \u00e0 canon<\/strong> pour un gros c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0reviens y\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les presque 57% sont plut\u00f4t bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et n&rsquo;agressent en rien ce chaleureux spiritueux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est <strong>chaleureuse<\/strong>, <strong>gourmande<\/strong>, <strong>cr\u00e9meuse <\/strong>et les traces du f\u00fbt sont plus pr\u00e9sentes ici qu&rsquo;au nez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les bois\u00e9 est toujours aussi <strong>chocolat\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>noble <\/strong>et en aucun cas trop astringent&#8230; il conf\u00e8re \u00e0 ce rhum un c\u00f4t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s gourmand en fait et semble tr\u00e8s ma\u00eetris\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;a\u00e9ration aura certainement jou\u00e9 sont r\u00f4le dans cette relative <strong>accessibilit\u00e9<\/strong>. Des traces de <strong>fruits secs<\/strong> et de r\u00e9glisses terminent pour ce qui est des ar\u00f4mes tertiaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fruits r\u00e9ussissent quant \u00e0 eux \u00e0 \u00e9merger dans tous cela avec un belle grosse confiture <strong>d&rsquo;abricots<\/strong>, des agrumes et des traces plus <strong>\u00e9pic\u00e9es <\/strong>comme la <strong>cannelle <\/strong>et la <strong>muscade <\/strong>entre autre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La longueur est tr\u00e8s soutenue sur la poudre de chocolat noir et les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">149\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un rhum agricole de Martinique de 18 ans est toujours quelque chose d&rsquo;assez rare et exceptionnel \u00e0 d\u00e9guster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ici, ce <strong>Bally 18 ans<\/strong> aura vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par le f\u00fbt de Cognac, offrant \u00e0 ce spiritueux une belle <strong>complexit\u00e9 <\/strong>et surtout une <strong>gourmandise <\/strong>incroyable&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre un un jus de bois imbuvable, ce Bally r\u00e9ussi le paris d&rsquo;\u00eatre abordable tant d&rsquo;un point de vue d\u00e9gustation que financier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, 149\u20ac pour un rhum agricole AOC du 18 ans, c&rsquo;est assez rare pour \u00eatre soulign\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un superbe rhum d&rsquo;hiver \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">90\/100<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nouvelle s\u00e9lection martiniquaise pour Hubert Corman, cette fois ci c&rsquo;est du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Bally que nous nous promenons&#8230; et pas n&rsquo;importe lequel car du haut de ses 18 ans en f\u00fbt, cette s\u00e9lection est de fait le Bally le plus \u00e2g\u00e9 jamais mis en bouteille.
