A travers quatre whiskies, quatres histoires et pour chacune d&rsquo;entre elles, l&rsquo;esprit de Mr <strong>Silvano Samaroli<\/strong> aura \u00e9t\u00e9 retranscrit \u00e0 la perfection&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici donc le compte rendu d&rsquo;une soir\u00e9e ou tout le monde aura \u00e9t\u00e9 subjugu\u00e9 par la <strong>complexit\u00e9 <\/strong>et <strong>l&rsquo;harmonie <\/strong>de ces jus, et o\u00f9 nous aurons eu l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir Maryse et Silvano \u00e0 nos c\u00f4t\u00e9s, tellement ces spiritueux nous \u00e9taient si bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par notre orateur du soir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No Age<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout d&rsquo;abord, deux \u00ab\u00a0<strong>No Age<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb cuv\u00e9e 2016 qui sont donc deux des derni\u00e8res cr\u00e9ations de Mr Silvano Samaroli, le \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Maestro<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb du blending et de la r\u00e9duction qui nous a malheureusement quitt\u00e9 en 2017. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de recentrer les choses, le concept \u00ab\u00a0No Age\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9 par Samaroli en 1992 et il s&rsquo;agit de <strong>blends <\/strong>de grand whiskies vendus sans la moindre explication&#8230; le client ne sait pas ce qu&rsquo;il y a dans la bouteille ni l&rsquo;\u00e2ge moyen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juste la contenance et le degr\u00e9 et surtout l&rsquo;assurance d&rsquo;avoir un produit de grande qualit\u00e9. Le tout r\u00e9duit \u00e0 43%, aucune indication sur l&rsquo;\u00e2ge donc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couleur<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">relativement claire, tirant sur le paille&#8230;. un gras \u00e9norme est tr\u00e8s visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e9g\u00e8re tourbe, agrumes, fum\u00e9, cuir, vanille, poivre, cire, Malt, cendrier froid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est gras, <strong>cr\u00e9meux<\/strong>, <strong>p\u00e2tissier <\/strong>et plut\u00f4t <strong>fruit\u00e9 <\/strong>avec une fine tourbe&#8230; tr\u00e8s \u00e9l\u00e9gant et gourmand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fine tourbe<\/strong>, cendrier froid, malt\u00e9, cr\u00e9meux, min\u00e9ral avec un l\u00e9ger <strong>fruit\u00e9 <\/strong>et surtout un \u00e9quilibre monstre&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aucune fausse note, tout est parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et les &lsquo;faibles&rsquo; 43% apportent <strong>rondeur<\/strong>, gras et un peps \u00e9tonnant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le whisky grain est l\u00e0, avec un tr\u00e8s beau c\u00f4t\u00e9 p\u00e2tissier, gourmand&#8230; un aspect \u00ab\u00a0reviens y\u00a0\u00bb incroyablement efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette r\u00e9duction est tout bonnement, diabolique&#8230; vraiment un travaille d&rsquo;orf\u00e8vre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">280\u20ac &#8230; Blended Malt Whisky<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame principe que le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent sauf qu&rsquo;ici il n&rsquo;y aura pas de pr\u00e9sence de whisky de grain et la r\u00e9duction est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>45<\/strong>%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Silvano avait pour habitude de longuement tester les diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s d&#8217;embouteillage afin de d\u00e9terminer la meilleure fa\u00e7on de le pr\u00e9senter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces No Age sont \u00e0 prendre comme une invitation \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir des cr\u00e9ations uniques <strong>sans aucun a priori<\/strong>&#8230;Le but est de faire confiance au Maestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N&rsquo;ayant jamais d\u00e9gust\u00e9 des whiskies de cette s\u00e9rie avant, je dois bien vous avouer \u00eatre litt\u00e9ralement bluff\u00e9 par la qualit\u00e9 de ces blends&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couleur<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fort proche du pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, clair tirant sur la paille donc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agrumes, <strong>malt<\/strong>, vanille, cr\u00e9meux, <strong>pomme\/poire<\/strong>, camphre, bougie, fleur de rose, bouton d&rsquo;or, l\u00e9ger fum\u00e9 en finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nez plus malt\u00e9 que le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, l&rsquo;absence de whisky de grain est clairement identifiable par rapport au pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un nez plus frais, plus a\u00e9r\u00e9, moins gourmand que la version 43%&#8230; mais tout aussi <strong>efficace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fum\u00e9, min\u00e9ral, <strong>iod\u00e9<\/strong>, herbac\u00e9, malt\u00e9 avec une belle pointe d&rsquo;agrumes. Ce blend est plus \u00ab\u00a0whisky\u00a0\u00bb que le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et laisse plus s&rsquo;exprimer les <strong>c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela reste d&rsquo;une <strong>\u00e9l\u00e9gance <\/strong>folle, avec une puissance plus pr\u00e9sente du fait des 2% en plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">280\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Score<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">91\/100<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover\" style=\"min-height:264px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" class=\"wp-block-cover__image-background wp-image-8676 size-large\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_6253-960x720.jpg\" data-object-fit=\"cover\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_6253-960x720.jpg 960w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_6253-595x446.jpg 595w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_6253-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_6253-160x120.jpg 160w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-background-dim\" style=\"background-color:#7d5d43\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-cover-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-background has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#00000038\">Bunnahabhain 40yo &#8211; 51.6%<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9part vers une distillerie d&rsquo;<strong>Islay<\/strong> au nom impronon\u00e7able, \u00a0\u00bb Bou-na-ha-venn\u00a0\u00bb avec ce v\u00e9n\u00e9rable jus de 1979 (mon ann\u00e9e !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9e en 1881, cette maison produit des whiskies lourds mais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement peu tourb\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce f\u00fbt de 1979 est de nouveau une s\u00e9lection 100% Silvano Samaroli bien entendu mais mis en bouteilles par <strong>Maryse <\/strong>et non Silvano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couleur<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vieilli durant 4 d\u00e9cennies dans un Sherry Butt de 600 litres, \u00e0 la simple vue de la couleur, on peut dire que cela n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas un first refill \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le jus est effectivement tr\u00e8s clair , ce qui \u00e9tonne plut\u00f4t pour un sherry cask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fruits secs<\/strong>, <strong>cr\u00e9meux<\/strong>, fruits compot\u00e9s, l\u00e9ger cuir, cendrier froid, <strong>rancio<\/strong>, beurre, <strong>pomme<\/strong>, menthol, sous bois avec une pointe de champignons, r\u00e9sineux, les <strong>levures<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nez plut\u00f4t complexe et tr\u00e8s \u00e9volutif, une bonne grosse demi heure d&rsquo;a\u00e9ration est le minimum si on veut capter toutes les histoires qu&rsquo;il a \u00e0 nous raconter. Avec le temps, une pointe de melon vient m\u00eame nous chatouiller les papilles&#8230; On y resterait des heures !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors l\u00e0, la claque ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce whisky est <strong>beurr\u00e9<\/strong>, toast\u00e9, <strong>grill\u00e9 <\/strong>avec une belle <strong>gourmandise <\/strong>venant du caramel mou, c&rsquo;est lact\u00e9, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tourb\u00e9 et fruit\u00e9 mais surtout, celui ci pr\u00e9sente une acidit\u00e9 proche d&rsquo;un lambic&#8230; la finale nous apporte m\u00eame une certaine impression de \u00ab\u00a0<strong>p\u00e9tillance<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0, comme la fine mousse d&rsquo;une gueuze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incroyable de complexit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9, les 51% sont tout \u00e0 fait fondus dans l&rsquo;ensemble&#8230;en fait, tout est <strong>\u00e9quilibr\u00e9<\/strong>, <strong>fondu<\/strong>. Millburn, North Port ou Coleburn&nbsp;par exemple et ici, ce <strong>Balmenach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous voici donc face \u00e0 un jeune jus, distill\u00e9 en <strong>2001 <\/strong>et ayant pass\u00e9 sa vie en f\u00fbt de Sherry jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 son embouteillage en 2019 par Masam.
