Et force est de constater que nous ne sommes pas tous fait pareil dans notre petite Europe. Voyons donc ce qu&rsquo;aura s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Rum Artesanal (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rum-artesanal.com\/rum\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Rum Artesanal<\/strong><\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Distill\u00e9 en 1993 \u00e0 la distillerie <strong>Uitvlugt <\/strong>en Guyana, ce rhum <strong>Demerara <\/strong>aura attendu plus de <strong>25 <\/strong>ans avant de nous \u00eatre propos\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>52.1<\/strong>%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La majeure partie de son vieillissement se sera d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sur notre bonne vieille Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme vous le savez, moi et les Port Mourant, c&rsquo;est souvent quitte ou double, nous verrons ce que nous r\u00e9serve cette version. Si l&rsquo;on s&rsquo;approche des superbes 2003 de Mr <strong>Samaroli<\/strong>, \u00e7a va le faire grave !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_20190924_203818184-01.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"656\" src=\"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_20190924_203818184-01-960x656.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_20190924_203818184-01-960x656.jpeg 960w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_20190924_203818184-01-595x407.jpeg 595w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_20190924_203818184-01-768x525.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/IMG_20190924_203818184-01.jpeg 1119w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Couleur<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rhum tr\u00e8s clair, tirant sur le paille fonc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herbac\u00e9, je m&rsquo;attendais \u00e0 plus de fruits mais ce premier nez est plus marqu\u00e9 par <strong>l&rsquo;anis<\/strong>, le <strong>foin <\/strong>et une voile l\u00e9g\u00e8rement <strong>vanill\u00e9 <\/strong>et fruit\u00e9. La <strong>colle <\/strong>est pr\u00e9sente aussi (trop?), marqueur assez classique chez certains demerara ainsi que la coco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le temps, les <strong>fruits <\/strong>se font plus \u00e0 la f\u00eate<strong>\u2026 les fruits \u00e0 chaires blanches <\/strong>entre autre avec le<strong> <\/strong>quetsche et la poire je dirais. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;amertume typique des port mourant n&rsquo;est pas trop pr\u00e9sente m\u00eame si un c\u00f4t\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement <strong>m\u00e9tallique <\/strong>n&rsquo;est pas loin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool est l\u00e0 mais en aucun cas g\u00eanant, c&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t <strong>bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble en fait. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si je devais faire un comparatif avec mon Port Mourant \u00ab\u00a0ma\u00eetre \u00e9talon\u00a0\u00bb, je dirais que celui ci est plus vif, moins cr\u00e9meux, p\u00e2tissier et fruit\u00e9 que le <a href=\"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2019\/06\/05\/port-mourant-2003-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Masam 2003 (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">Masam 2003<\/a>. Mais on reste clairement dans le m\u00eame style de distillat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en bouche est vraiment agr\u00e9able, tr\u00e8s <strong>cr\u00e9meuse<\/strong>, huileuse, <strong>fruit\u00e9e<\/strong>, vanill\u00e9e, et <strong>\u00e9pic\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fruits tendent plus vers la <strong>mangue <\/strong>poivr\u00e9e m\u00eame si la <strong>poire <\/strong>n&rsquo;est pas loin non plus. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s <strong>frais <\/strong>et agr\u00e9able. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finale, est plus marqu\u00e9e sur les \u00e9pices avec un d\u00e9licat poivr\u00e9, un peu de muscade et du clou de girofle ainsi qu&rsquo;un <strong>chocolat <\/strong>noir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re. Mais nous sommes tr\u00e8s loin de l&rsquo;amertume d\u00e9rangeante que l&rsquo;ont peu retrouver sur certains PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">135\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bluff\u00e9, vraiment cette s\u00e9lection est tr\u00e8s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s et nous propose une superbe version d&rsquo;un tr\u00e8s vieux <strong>Port Mourant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les 25 ans enferm\u00e9 dans le f\u00fbt l&rsquo;ont poli, lui ont donn\u00e9 une tr\u00e8s belle \u00e9l\u00e9gance tout en gardant son caract\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Encore un de ces rhums d&rsquo;une classe \u00e9tonnante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">88\/100<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>je vous propose de traverser le Rhin, juste histoire de voir comment nos cousins allemands s\u00e9lectionnent leurs rhums&#8230; Car oui, une s\u00e9lection c&rsquo;est aussi et avant tout une histoire de go\u00fbts !
