Small revolution at Asta Morris<\/a>, in fact, finished the little animals on the labels and place to the Belgian monuments! For this new collection it seems to be Brussels <\/strong>which is put in the spotlight, soon versions with Li\u00e8ge <\/strong>and its Perron!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this one this evening, it is a nice little boy who pisses on the label … the well named Manneken-Pis<\/a> of Brussels, emblematic figure of Belgium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not knowing Glentouchers <\/strong>at all, a quick search on wikipedia will teach me a little more about these guys, here is basically what it says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The distillery was founded in 1897 in Banffshire <\/strong>in Scotland, specifically in the city of Keith. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They produce whisky mainly for the blend (Ballantine’s<\/strong>), but it’s nevertheless possible to find some single malt<\/strong> among independent bottlers such as Duncan Taylor, Gordon & McPhail and Asta Morris of course … <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closed several times during its existence, Glentouchers has been part of the Pernod Ricard<\/strong> group since 2005. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Titling 51.5%<\/strong>, this single mat will have aged 10 years<\/strong>, part of it in a Sherry barrel, which will give it this beautiful color …<\/p>\n\n\n\n
