2019 est une ann\u00e9e assez charg\u00e9e pour Foursquare qui nous revient avec pas mal de nouveaut\u00e9s, dont cet hereditas <\/strong>uniquement vendu par the whisky exchange<\/a> et affichant un gros 14 ans au compteurs <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans la fameuse bouteille typique de chez Foursquare, ce rhum limit\u00e9 \u00e0 +-2300 <\/strong>quilles est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 un tarif assez attractif pour un rhum si \u00e2g\u00e9 et limit\u00e9… 14 ans sous les tropiques, on ne le r\u00e9p\u00e9tera jamais assez, mais c’est long et les anges se sont fait plaisir !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du haut de ses 56%<\/strong>, celui ci devrait nous proposer un bon moment plein de gourmandise sans nous arracher le palais, c’est bien aussi de temps en temps \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vieilli en double maturation, comme souvent le cas chez Foursquare, cet Hereditas aura s\u00e9journ\u00e9 dans des f\u00fbts de bourbon <\/strong>et de sherry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bel acajou relativement gras… Tr\u00e8s belle robe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nez<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Rhum tr\u00e8s chaud, gourmand et engageant… Oui c’est un Foursquare, c’est souvent le cas mais c’est ce qu’on aime chez eux. Enfin, moi en tous cas c’est ce que j’aime \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au premier nez, l’alcool est plut\u00f4t pr\u00e9sent mais \u00e0 tendance \u00e0 vite s’effacer pour laisser place \u00e0 un fin bois\u00e9<\/strong>, du caoutchouc, un beau voile de vanille<\/strong>, des fruits secs <\/strong>enrob\u00e9s de caramel, la noix de coco <\/strong>classique de l’illustre distillerie, une belle orange <\/strong>sanguine gorg\u00e9e de soleil et quelques ar\u00f4mes tirant plus vers le tabac… une petite pointe florale <\/strong>vient m\u00eame terminer ce chaleureux nez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9, classique de chez foursquare mais avec un petit truc en plus… Je n’ai ni d\u00e9gust\u00e9 le Empery ni la Patrimonio, peut \u00eatre s’en rapprochent ils ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bouche<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le rhum est toujours aussi gourmand et g\u00e9n\u00e9reux comme un Foursquare peut l’\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les ar\u00f4mes tertiaires tels que le tabac<\/strong>, bois\u00e9<\/strong>, chocolat <\/strong>et \u00e9pic\u00e9 <\/strong>ressortent plus qu’au nez mais le tout enrob\u00e9 d’une fine couche caram\u00e9lis\u00e9<\/strong>, de cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e et de fruits secs<\/strong> grill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les fruits compot\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9sents aussi avec la coco<\/strong>, l’abricot<\/strong>, les agrumes <\/strong>mais l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus en retrait qu’au nez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’alcool est plut\u00f4t bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9, le rhum et vif mais aussi tr\u00e8s rond <\/strong>et gras<\/strong>… Un plaisir \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation, c’est plein de peps<\/strong> mais \u00e7a reste agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La finale est persistante <\/strong>sur une amertume <\/strong>chocolat\u00e9 et menthol\u00e9 du plus bel effet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’aime vraiment, encore un beau rhum de la Barbade, classique, marqu\u00e9 par le Sherry <\/strong>mais pas de fa\u00e7on excessive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vraiment une belle r\u00e9ussite pour un tr\u00e8s beau rhum 100% plaisir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
