{"id":6228,"date":"2019-04-02T20:17:17","date_gmt":"2019-04-02T18:17:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/?p=6228"},"modified":"2020-04-08T12:37:45","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T10:37:45","slug":"larbre-du-voyageur-3-ans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2019\/04\/02\/larbre-du-voyageur-3-ans\/","title":{"rendered":"L&rsquo;arbre du voyageur (3 ans)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Chantal Comte nous revient en 2019 avec deux nouvelles s\u00e9lections tout droit venues des chais de La maison <strong>La Mauny<\/strong> en Martinique, deux nouveaux \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Arbre du voyageur<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un blanc brut de cuve titrant un gros 60 % ainsi qu&rsquo;un jeune vieux de <strong>3 ans d&rsquo;\u00e2ges \u00e0 53.5 watts<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est ce dernier qui nous occupe ce soir donc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s 3 petites ann\u00e9es en f\u00fbts (<em>et pour la sacro sainte transparence,  dans la loge 15<\/em>), ce rhum aura repos\u00e9 <strong>8 mois suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/strong>s afin de le calmer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement\u2026  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les s\u00e9lections de Chantal Comte \u00e9tant, pour la plupart du temps (tout le temps ?) excellentes, ce rhum de 3 ans est vraiment une curiosit\u00e9 que je voulais vraiment d\u00e9guster\u2026 Voyons voir ce que cela nous donne !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_20190402_163741493.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"801\" src=\"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_20190402_163741493-960x801.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6232\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_20190402_163741493-960x801.jpg 960w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_20190402_163741493-595x497.jpg 595w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_20190402_163741493-768x641.jpg 768w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_20190402_163741493.jpg 1029w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Couleur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le moins que l&rsquo;on puisse dire est que ces trois ann\u00e9es auront, semble t il,  marqu\u00e9 le rhum. On est clairement plus sur l&rsquo;acajou que sur le paille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De grosses gouttes ont tout le mal du monde \u00e0 terminer leur course au fond du verre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nez<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00e8s frais, vif et parfum\u00e9. La canne et les agrumes s&rsquo;entrem\u00ealent avec un bois\u00e9 fin, cendr\u00e9, vanill\u00e9, chocolat\u00e9 et le moka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est vraiment un nez agr\u00e9able o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on ressent encore la fraicheur d&rsquo;un rhum blanc avec la gourmandise d&rsquo;un &lsquo;ti vieux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le citron, l&rsquo;orange, le sucre brun jouent a cache-cache avec la cire et cette union naissante entre le bois et la canne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9pices ne sont pas en restes et viennent parfumer ce tr\u00e8s joli nez. C&rsquo;est vraiment surprenant cette complexit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s \u00e0 peine 3 ans en barrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bouche<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;attaque est vive, fra\u00eeche et fruit\u00e9, tout comme les premiers instants au nez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les agrumes avec le citron vert et l&rsquo;orange, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 v\u00e9g\u00e9tal de la canne fra\u00eeche, la tabac, les \u00e9pices sont tous de la partie pour un rhum tr\u00e8s frais et parfum\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bois\u00e9 se marque assez bien sur la finale avec un beau chocolat noir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prix<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assez \u00e9trangement il se trouve entre 60 et\u2026 90\u20ac !! allez comprendre pourquoi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et bien cette s\u00e9lection est encore un grand moment d\u00e9gustation, qui nous permet de passer un tr\u00e8s bel instant avec un rhum entre deux \u00e2ges d&rsquo;une toute grande classe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grand bravo donc !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Note<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">90\/100 (si \u00e0 60\u20ac)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chantal Comte nous revient en 2019 avec deux nouvelles s\u00e9lections tout droit venues des chais de La maison La Mauny en Martinique, deux nouveaux \u00ab\u00a0Arbre du voyageur\u00ab\u00a0.
