Retour dans les contr\u00e9es tourb\u00e9es et froides d’Ecosse ce soir avec un Ledaig 12 ans d’\u00e2ges vieilli en f\u00fbt de Sherry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sp\u00e9cialement mis en bouteille par The Whisky Exchange<\/a> pour le whisky show de Londres 2018, cet embouteillage est d\u00e9ja sold out depuis quelques temps. Les s\u00e9lections de cette illustre cave ayant tr\u00e8s bonne r\u00e9putation, tout est parti tr\u00e8s vite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Celui ci constitue une trilogie avec un Invergordon <\/strong>de 44 ans (Futur), d’un Ben Nevis<\/strong> 21 ans (Past Futur) et de ce Ledaig <\/strong>12 ans (Present Futur). Toutes les trois avec une \u00e9tiquette lenticulaire pour un effet 3D… ben du meilleur effet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La plupart des bouteilles ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 trouv\u00e9 preneur \u00e0 la boutique TWE lors du whisky show 2018, certains \u00ab\u00a0restes\u00a0\u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 sur leur site. A ce jour, seul l’Invergordon <\/strong>est toujours disponible mais il faut compter un gros 290\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce ledaig <\/strong>affiche un beau 58.4% d’alcool pour 12 ans de vieillissement tropical en Ecosse. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Couleur<\/strong>: Acajou<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nez<\/strong>: Alors, dans le d\u00e9sordre, voici ce qu’on peut trouver: Cendrier froid, cuir, viande matur\u00e9e, sauce barbecue, menthol, citron, fruits rouges, poivre, tabac, fruits secs<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour les amateurs \u00e7a doit sembler logique j’imagine, pour les gars comme moi qui n’ont pas trop l’habitude, \u00e7a ressemble \u00e0 rien \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un nez vraiment affolant pour ma part, je trouve cela hyper gourmand tout en \u00e9tant vraiment animal. Je suis vraiment sous le charme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si on le compare \u00e0 un Ledaig ‘classique<\/a>‘, celui ci est bien plus chaud, gourmand et fum\u00e9. Incroyable comme le f\u00fbt de Sherry aura fait \u00e9voluer ce spiritueux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bouche<\/strong>: assez en relation avec le nez auquel on peut ajouter un beau chocolat\u00e9 en fin de bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’alcool est vraiment bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9, on a une impression de douceur et d\u00e9licatesse qui contraste assez bien avec ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 animal qu’on retrouve aussi en bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On peut ajouter \u00e0 tout ce descriptif un bon gros bonbon au caramel, genre toffee, qui apporte pas mal de gourmandise \u00e0 l’ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La longueur est affolante sur des notes fum\u00e9es et animales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co\u00fbt<\/strong>: 92\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusion<\/strong>: tuerie, vraiment ce Ledaig est quelque chose \u00e0 essayer. J’imagine que les fans de whisky tourb\u00e9 vont aimer, moi perso en tant que novice j’ai trouv\u00e9 \u00e7a monstrueux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
