Petit arr\u00eat chez les grands malades Flying Dog<\/a>\u00a0qui nous viennent tout droit des states (prononcer \u00ab\u00a0stait’s\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n

Leur Imperial IPA est une des IPA qui m’aura le plus scotch\u00e9 tellement l’amertume est belle et impressionnante. Que donnera ce porter \u00e0 l’\u00e9tiquette toujours aussi d\u00e9jant\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n

Nous sommes donc ici face \u00e0 un gros porter bien noir titrant fi\u00e8rement 92.% et qui aura b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d’un vieillissement de 180 jours dans des futs de whiskey. Trois houblons auront \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9 pour sa confection donc le classique ‘cascade’ qu’on retrouvera plus tard…<\/p>\n

Couleur<\/strong>:\u00a0 Un beau noir classique pour les porter surmont\u00e9 d’une superbe mousse couleur caramel brun<\/p>\n

Nez:<\/strong> Le nez est \u00e9trangement sur les agrumes pour un porter, j’imagine que le cascade y est pour quelque chose. Apr\u00e8s ce premier nez,\u00a0on retrouve vite nos marques avec un cot\u00e9 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9, chocolat\/caramel plus classique du genre.<\/p>\n

Bouche<\/strong>:\u00a0un bouche tr\u00e8s torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 et chocolat\u00e9e. Je retrouve encore ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 agrume assez ‘sp\u00e9cial’ en pareille circonstance mais j’aime bien. C’est bien lourd en bouche, tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able…vraiment bien fait !<\/p>\n
