{"id":2738,"date":"2018-09-04T22:21:30","date_gmt":"2018-09-04T20:21:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/?p=2738"},"modified":"2021-11-03T07:54:05","modified_gmt":"2021-11-03T06:54:05","slug":"antigua-2012-sc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2018\/09\/04\/antigua-2012-sc\/","title":{"rendered":"The Antigua Distillery 2012 (SC)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Nouveaut\u00e9 avec la derni\u00e8re bouteille sortie pour les 70 ans de Velier, l&rsquo; <strong>antigua 2012<\/strong> mais en version single cask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la petite histoire, <strong>Antigua Distillery<\/strong> est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine des fameux <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"English Harbour (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.antiguadistillery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">English Harbour<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors d&rsquo;une visite \u00e0 la distillerie pour les s\u00e9lections des <strong>70 ans de Velier<\/strong>, Luca est tomb\u00e9 nez \u00e0 nez sur <strong>27 f\u00fbts<\/strong> sp\u00e9ciaux. Ceux ci, d\u00fb \u00e0 un soucis technique, \u00e9taient trop charg\u00e9s en congeners et on donc \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luca \u00e9tant&nbsp; fan de ce genre de choses d\u00e9cide de go\u00fbter tout cela est ach\u00e8te le stock pour faire un blend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;histoire raconte que le f\u00fbt n\u00b0<strong>2598 <\/strong>\u00e9tait le meilleur et sera embouteill\u00e9 seul. Bon apr\u00e8s je m&rsquo;enfile de temps en temps des caroni \u00e0 bien plus mais bon, faudrait pas que \u00e7a devienne la norme non plus !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons ici 44% de part des anges car vieilli enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 Antigue et ce rhum \u00e0 <strong>212gr\/hlap d&rsquo;esters<\/strong>. Si j&rsquo;ai bien compris le truc, cela ferait un \u00e9quivalent LROK chez Hampden (niveau esters bien sur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Couleur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">vieil or\/acajou. Le jus est tr\u00e8s gras, les gouttes sont lourdes et imposantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nez<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">tr\u00e8s p\u00e2tissier sur la vanille, la cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;amande, les agrumes. Un c\u00f4t\u00e9 meringu\u00e9\/citron tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able vient nous offrir un beau profil gourmand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niveau fruits, nous sommes en plein dans la coco et une petite pointe d&rsquo;abricot. Le nez est tr\u00e8s frais et a\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le caramel l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cuit ainsi que quelques \u00e9pices viennent nous apporter un peu de chaleur\u2026 <em>au fond de mon coooooeeeeur, il m&rsquo;entra\u00eene au bout de la nui<\/em>\u2026 Ooops, d\u00e9sol\u00e9 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool est pr\u00e9sent sans que cela ne soit trop g\u00eanant mais ce n&rsquo;est pas hyper fondu. Dommage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bouche<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assez vive et plut\u00f4t piquante, on sent vraiment les 68 watts. Le laisser un peu sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 devrait l&rsquo;aider \u00e0 s&rsquo;ouvrir&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>tic tac tic tac\u2026.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois le calme revenu, le profil est d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus abouti et le tout reste tr\u00e8s p\u00e2tissier et toujours cette coco et un aspect solvant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce rhum ma fait vraiment penser \u00e0 un uitvlugt 1997, ce qui est quand m\u00eame un sacr\u00e9 r\u00e9f\u00e9rence !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce combo colle\/coco\/caramel\/vanille\/r\u00e9glisse est vraiment proche d&rsquo;un beau B\u00e9lize ou uitvlugt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dommage encore une fois pour ces 68 bourrins qui sont tout de m\u00eame assez pr\u00e9sents et rendent le rhum assez brutal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prix<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">82\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Score:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">89\/100<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusions<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vraiment un tr\u00e8s <strong>tr\u00e8s belle surprise<\/strong> car pour le prix, nous avons un single cask de tr\u00e8s belle facture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Belize et Uitvlugt auront plan\u00e9s au dessus de nous tout au long de cette d\u00e9gustation sans que cet Antigua ne soit un plagiat de ces deux premiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avec l&rsquo;oxydation, ce rhum devrait vraiment donner le plein potentiel.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00e8s belle s\u00e9lection de Luca encore un fois ! <strong>Must have<\/strong> si vous le croisez\u2026 ce qui n&rsquo;est pas gagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;avance mais bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encore de la lecture ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence rhum nous parle de la version \u00ab\u00a0blend\u00a0\u00bb <a href=\"http:\/\/preference-rhum.fr\/antigua\/?fbclid=IwAR0EKlGNXghiju99EJhIKxIW6Vm9lvjhoywKuEZ82r0fM88LKEoDTrpenx8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"ici (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">ici<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nouveaut\u00e9 avec la derni\u00e8re bouteille sortie pour les 70 ans de Velier, l&rsquo; antigua 2012 mais en version single cask.
