J\u2019ai donc profit\u00e9 de l\u2019occasion, en plus de remercier Sascha pour la fiole, pour lui demander de quoi il s\u2019agissait exactement. Et en y regardant de plus pr\u00e8s, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait finalement pas si compliqu\u00e9 : derri\u00e8re ce code \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9nigmatique\u00a0\u00bb se cache bien entendu <strong>LaRoche-Vacqui\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.laroche-vacquie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LaRoche-Vacqui\u00e9<\/a> est un domaine d\u2019Armagnac nich\u00e9 sur un plateau du <strong>Haut-Armagnac<\/strong>, au c\u0153ur du Gers, et ce domaine tire son nom d\u2019un \u00e9peron rocheux historique qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un terroir calcaire r\u00e9put\u00e9 depuis l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9 pour ses caract\u00e9ristiques exceptionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le domaine revendique une approche artisanale assum\u00e9e : armagnacs non assembl\u00e9s, non filtr\u00e9s, issus de f\u00fbts uniques, embouteill\u00e9s \u00e0 la main et produits en quantit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es. Engag\u00e9 depuis longtemps dans une d\u00e9marche respectueuse de l\u2019environnement, le vignoble est conduit en agriculture <strong>biologique <\/strong>depuis 2008. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le travail de la vigne, la distillation traditionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019alambic armagnacais <em>(ambulant je pense)<\/em> et le vieillissement soign\u00e9 en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane visent avant tout \u00e0 laisser parler le terroir, sans artifice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00c0 LaRoche-Vacqui\u00e9, chaque cuv\u00e9e est pens\u00e9e comme une expression singuli\u00e8re du lieu : des armagnacs authentiques, toujours mill\u00e9sim\u00e9, jamais assembl\u00e9, jamais filtr\u00e9, jamais alt\u00e9r\u00e9, offrant ainsi ce que la nature a de plus expressif dans son essence&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> C&rsquo;est en tous cas ce qu&rsquo;ils annoncent \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benjamin de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcore-germany.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arcore<\/a> en a fait la visite, \u00e7a se passe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pf_oOrKKf1E\">ici<\/a> pour ceux qui veulent plus d&rsquo;informations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover\" style=\"min-height:267px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"549\" class=\"wp-block-cover__image-background wp-image-26058 size-large\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Gemini_Generated_Image_7165ss7165ss7165-960x549.png\" data-object-fit=\"cover\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Gemini_Generated_Image_7165ss7165ss7165-960x549.png 960w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Gemini_Generated_Image_7165ss7165ss7165-595x340.png 595w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Gemini_Generated_Image_7165ss7165ss7165-768x439.png 768w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Gemini_Generated_Image_7165ss7165ss7165.png 1344w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-background-dim\" style=\"background-color:#6f5b42\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-cover-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Distill\u00e9 par Jean-Pierre Gimet en 2001 \u00e0 partir de vin d&rsquo;<strong>Ugni Blanc<\/strong> et de <strong>Colombard<\/strong>, cet armagnac de 23 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 embouteill\u00e9 au degr\u00e9s de <strong>51.8%<\/strong> d&rsquo;alcool et est strictement limit\u00e9 \u00e0 130 bouteilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relativement frais pour un armagnac de plus de 20 ans, on va passer tour \u00e0 tour par les fruits confits, le toast\u00e9, le caramel, la fraicheur des agrumes, la mangue, quelques traces de fruits rouges, de bois vernis, le chocolat aux \u00e9clats de fruits \u00e0 coque, la vanille et les fruits secs comme les dattes et pruneaux&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est vraiment tr\u00e8s gourmand et avec le temps va apparaitre quelques traces d&rsquo;encens, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9es\/grill\u00e9es et de notes plus florales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vraiment tr\u00e8s bien !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est assez grasse et chaleureuse, les 51.8% d&rsquo;alcool lui vont tr\u00e8s bien et n&rsquo;agressent pas le palais.
