Souvenez-vous : sur ce blog, une maison de Cognac a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait couler assez bien d\u2019encre tant les retours sur leur produits par votre humble blogueur \u00e9taient \u00e9logieux. Il s\u2019agit de Lh\u00e9raud<\/strong><\/a>, r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses superbes embouteillages dont une large partie provient de l\u2019appellation Petite Champagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors, lorsque j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert que The Spirit Traveller<\/a><\/strong>, l\u2019embouteilleur ind\u00e9pendant allemand \u00e0 qui l\u2019on doit notamment un S\u00e9ailles, un blend de High Esters Rum et quelques autres belles trouvailles, proposait \u00e0 son tour un Cognac de cette maison<\/a>, mon attention a imm\u00e9diatement \u00e9t\u00e9 capt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chose int\u00e9ressante, il s’agit ici d’un assemblage ! Le premier autoris\u00e9 hors famille et c’est Nicolas Kr\u00f6ger<\/strong> qui a droit \u00e0 cette exclusivit\u00e9, lui qui avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 initi\u00e9 ce genre de choses pour un blend Seailles 75\/85 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ici, nous avons droit \u00e0 100% petite champagne<\/strong>, r\u00e9partis en 50% venant du mill\u00e9sime 1990<\/strong>, vieux de 34 ans et 50% d’une petite champagne de 20 ans d’\u00e2ge<\/strong>. le tout propos\u00e9 brut de f\u00fbt \u00e0 49.4%<\/strong> d’alcool et issu \u00e0 100% de vigne Ugni Blanc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bref, sur le papier, tout cela semble tr\u00e8s sexy tant j’appr\u00e9cie les produits de chez Lh\u00e9raud !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Relativement \u00ab\u00a0waxy\u00a0\u00bb et fruit\u00e9, on sent directement un belle douceur sur les agrumes dont l’orange sanguine, le pamplemouse rose suivis ensuite des abricots, p\u00eaches et les raisins secs. Apr\u00e8s cette d\u00e9flagration fruit\u00e9e, les \u00e9pices avec la vanille, les clous de girofle, une pointe de muscade et de poivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le bois\u00e9 est pr\u00e9sent, mais se fond assez bien dans cet ensemble avec le chocolat au lait, un filet de r\u00e9glisse et quelques fruits \u00e0 coque comme les amandes grill\u00e9es, noix et une petite dose de camphre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout cela semble incroyablement sexy en fait… tr\u00e8s classe, propre sans \u00eatre chiant pour autant \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Entr\u00e9e en bouche bien fruit\u00e9e avec un mix d’agrumes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement confits et de fruits plus tropicaux comme les fruits de la passion ou encore la mangue. Ensuite, les raisins secs, des abricots confits enrob\u00e9s de miel et d’un fin caramel beurre\/sal\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les \u00e9pices ensuite, avec le poivre, la muscade, une vanille bien grasse et enfin un bois\u00e9 sec tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able avec un beau chocolat, des feuilles de tabacs et une pointe de r\u00e9glisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La finale est plut\u00f4t longue, avec une tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re amertume et les 49% d’alcool sont tr\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0bonbon<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb avec un petit kick sympa qui vient donner du peps \u00e0 tout \u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00e8s belle r\u00e9ussite que ce assemblage de vieilles petite champagne de chez Lh\u00e9raud… tr\u00e8s classe, tr\u00e8s fruit\u00e9 et agr\u00e9able. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
