L\u2019objectif ? Explorer l\u2019influence du bois sur un rhum blanc. Et comme <strong>Nicolas Petit<\/strong> aime relever les d\u00e9fis, il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de pousser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience encore plus loin : 6 essences de bois diff\u00e9rentes seront mises \u00e0 l\u2019honneur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout : pour corser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, le chais a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 pour recr\u00e9er les typicit\u00e9s d\u2019un chais tropical\u2026 Oui, vous avez bien lu, ce mec est compl\u00e8tement fou \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous voici donc avec une nouvelle it\u00e9ration des \u00ab\u00a0Silva Experience\u00a0\u00bb, apr\u00e8s un superbe <a href=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2024\/03\/15\/vagabond-spirits-part-i\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TDL<\/a> vieilli en f\u00fbt \u00ab\u00a0cintrage vapeur\u00a0\u00bb, un <a href=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2024\/11\/09\/vagabond-spirits-part-iv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Yarmouth<\/a> et le plus vieux <a href=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2025\/03\/10\/vagabond-spirits-part-v\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SVN<\/a> mis en bouteille, mais cette fois-ci propos\u00e9e en coffret de 7 bouteilles de 10 centilitres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce coffret Silva Exp\u00e9rience propose donc une exploration in\u00e9dite de diff\u00e9rentes essences de bois : acacia, ch\u00e2taigner, merisier, \u00e9rable, ainsi que le ch\u00eane sessile fran\u00e7ais et le ch\u00eane am\u00e9ricain. Il utilise un rhum blanc de m\u00e9lasse de la distillerie <strong>Savanna<\/strong>, affin\u00e9 en amphore pour la version non vieillie, et dans de petits f\u00fbts de 32 litres pour les autres afin d\u2019obtenir un marquage rapide et intense du bois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"586\" height=\"219\" data-id=\"25282\" src=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/vag.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25282\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour maximiser l\u2019impact des f\u00fbts, il a construit une serre dans son chai, recr\u00e9ant un climat <strong>tropical <\/strong>avec une humidit\u00e9 constante de 70 \u00e0 90 % et une temp\u00e9rature entre 20 et 28\u00b0, permettant un vieillissement intense en 2 \u00e0 4 mois selon les essences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le coffret invite ainsi \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir des saveurs bois\u00e9es peu connues et \u00e0 vivre une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation du vieillissement, chaque bois apportant sa typicit\u00e9 propre. L&rsquo;amphore permettant un belle oxyg\u00e9nation du spiritueux gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s micro poreuses, on garde ainsi le go\u00fbt originel, tout en adoucissant le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nez relativement parfum\u00e9, on y retrouve quelques notes iod\u00e9es, fra\u00eeches et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fruit\u00e9es avec entre autres les fruits du verger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re sucrosit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t agr\u00e9able sur un profil assez min\u00e9ral o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on va retrouver quelques traces d&rsquo;olive, de r\u00e9glisse et d&rsquo;agrumes confits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sympa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement m\u00e9tallique, un brin iod\u00e9e avec encore cette chouette impression sucr\u00e9e et beurr\u00e9e. On y retrouve donc nos fruits \u00e0 chaire jaune accompagn\u00e9s de ce l\u00e9ger caramel et de ce bois\u00e9 naissant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fleurs, la vanille et la r\u00e9glisse terminent ce joli tableau, accompagn\u00e9s par la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;amandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, on y retrouve quelques traces d&rsquo;amande douce, caramel sal\u00e9, r\u00e9glisse et citron confit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moins sexy que les deux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, sans qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;en soit d\u00e9cevant non plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grasse, avec pas mal de fruits \u00e0 coque comme l&rsquo;amande, la noisette avec un brin de cuir, de r\u00e9glisse et de chocolat au lait caram\u00e9lis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finale, sur le \u00e9t\u00e9 dommage, vous en conviendrez, mais \u00e7a aurait pu avec des petits f\u00fbts en condition \u00ab\u00a0extr\u00eame\u00a0\u00bb \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
