Retour chez Rom Deluxe<\/a> avec leur nouvel embouteillage, le n\u00b06 qui nous emm\u00e8ne en Guadeloupe, \u00e0 la distillerie Bonne M\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il s’agit de ma premi\u00e8re bouteille de cette distillerie, qui m’\u00e9tait inconnue jusqu’ici. Nous allons donc d\u00e9couvrir ce que \u00e7a raconte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Capovilla style<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Distill\u00e9 donc en 2014, ce rhum de m\u00e9lasse aura s\u00e9journ\u00e9 en Allemagne jusqu’\u00e0 son embouteillage pour Rom Deluxe en 2018. Il s’agit donc d’un rhum relativement jeune, titrant 58.3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edition limit\u00e9e \u00e0 42 bouteilles ! Collector quoi et f\u00fbt probablement partag\u00e9 donc il doit y avoir ailleurs le m\u00eame rhum ou alors le reste continue \u00e0 vieillir…Enfin j’imagine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A savoir qu’un des Guadeloupe de la s\u00e9rie TCRL<\/a> vient de la m\u00eame distillerie.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Couleur<\/strong>: nous avons ici un jeune rhum mais d\u00e9j\u00e0 une couleur assez prononc\u00e9e pour ses 4 ann\u00e9es.\u00a0 Le jus est d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus vers le dor\u00e9 que le paille, c’est assez \u00e9tonnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeune rhum<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Nez<\/strong>: Le nez est tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9, pas besoin de le laisser respirer trop longtemps.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cela me fait directement penser \u00e0 un courcelle 72, bien plus jeune et vif forc\u00e9ment mais nous sommes sur les m\u00eames types d’ar\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’impression premi\u00e8re est un c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0chique au rhum\u00a0\u00bb, un aspect tr\u00e8s ‘candy’ suivi de belles notes florales, fruit\u00e9es (banane) et \u00e9pic\u00e9es avec la vanille\u00a0 pour terminer sur le beurre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le nez est tr\u00e8s p\u00e2tissier et parfum\u00e9. Les 58% sont vraiment bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et assez discrets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La jeunesse de ce rhum nous permet d’avoir un rhum plut\u00f4t a\u00e9rien, sans partir dans la lourdeur excessive. Pas trop de traces de bois\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bouche:<\/strong> la bouche est fraiche, sur le menthol, le citron,\u00a0 la vanille, le beurre, les fruits secs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les fleurs et les fruits exotiques avec l’ananas en t\u00eate arrivent ensuite pour se terminer sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 plus iod\u00e9 et m\u00e9tallique\u2026 oui, assez sp\u00e9cial en fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je dirais que le nez est plus parfum\u00e9 que la bouche m\u00eame si l’ananas est vraiment pr\u00e9sent en finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusions<\/strong>: Danemark oblige, \u00e7a co\u00fbte et ce jeune rhum est tout de m\u00eame vendu 130\u20ac \u2026 oui, je sais c’est chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donc, si on oublie ce facteur, ce bonne m\u00e8re est de tr\u00e8s bonne facture. Il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un pied dans l’\u00e2ge adulte tout en gardant un peu de fougue et d\u00e9j\u00e0 plein de choses \u00e0 offrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’aime assez bien ce rhum mais il est bien difficile d’oublier son tarif malheureusement\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back to RomDeluxe with their new number 6… and thanks to then we are going to Guadeloupe tonight !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s my first bottle from Bonne M\u00e8re distillery, so it’s a good opportunity to taste something new for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Distilled in 2014, this rum was aged in Germany untill its bottling in 2018. We have a fresh young rum here at 58.3 %<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only 42 bottles were done, so it’s a little collector item. That’s so from a split cask, someone else could propose the same rum with other label or the rest of the cask is still aging in the warehouse…no idea in fact \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guadeloupe one from TCRL<\/a> is from this distillery too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Color<\/strong>: we have a fresh new rum with only 4 years and the color is darker than we could expected. It’s more gold than paille in fact….<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nose<\/strong>: Lot of fragrance as an old Courcelles but lighter of course as this rum is only 4 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first impressions are \u00ab\u00a0rum candy<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, don’t know if it knows outside Belgium, but I feel that on the first nose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, lot of flowers and fruits with banana and pineapple directly followed by spices with vanilla and botter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 58% are really discrete and the youth of this rum bring us some airiness stuff… it’s clearly not a big heavy rum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Palate<\/strong>: Fresh with menthol, vanilla, citrus, dried fruits and botter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flowers and exotic fruits arrives next with a lot of pineapple and a salted side couples with a metallic aspect\u2026 yes, metallic as King Diamond does. \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, the nose is more perfumed than he palate but the finish on the pineapple is pleasant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusion<\/strong>: This bottler is from Denmark and the price is very ‘danish’ so it cost you 130\u20ac to buy this bottle\u2026. yes, expensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, if we forget this \u00ab\u00a0little\u00a0\u00bb inconvenience, it’s a good rum with a lot of things to say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
