Mais \u00e0 ma grande surprise, en ouvrant le colis, une deuxi\u00e8me fiole m\u2019attendait discr\u00e8tement au fond de la bo\u00eete. Celle-ci portait une simple inscription manuscrite : \u00ab Navy Rum \u00bb. Autant dire que ma curiosit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement piqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On m\u2019avait alors souffl\u00e9 de ne pas trop en parler publiquement, histoire de laisser le temps au projet de m\u00fbrir et de voir le jour comme il se doit. Du coup, comme je suis quelqu&rsquo;un qui essaie de respecter les instructions, quand je ne lis pas trop vite en diagonale, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9vit\u00e9 de communiquer l\u00e0 dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Force est de constater que cette bouteille vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre propos\u00e9e \u00e0 la vente, je peux donc officiellement vous pondre un article sur cette nouvelle cr\u00e9ation des parisiens \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a ici un blend qui fait voyager : un peu de Caroni et de TDL pour Trinidad, du Hampden pour la Jama\u00efque, et du Diamond pour le Guyana. Bref, les grands classiques des Antilles britanniques r\u00e9unis dans le verre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est dans l\u2019esprit des Navy Rums de la Royal Navy, avec ses 54,5% \u201cGunpowder Proof\u201d qui en imposent sans rien perdre d\u2019\u00e9quilibre. Le match est plut\u00f4t sympa et classique, mais rudement efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, des notes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9e tirant sur les olives, la r\u00e9glisse, les agrumes viennent s&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 tout cela, sur un lit caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 et chocolat\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bref, le genre de choses qu&rsquo;on aime dans un Navy Rum, au nez le paris est r\u00e9ussi ! Cet assemblage semble avoir tout ce qu&rsquo;on attend de ce genre de produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est grasse, avec un beau kick de puissance sans que cela ne nous d\u00e9croche la machoire. Le caramel, les fruits rouges, le camphre, les huiles de garage, un beau fum\u00e9, du chocolat pralin\u00e9 arrivent assez vite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finale nous laisse avec une belle r\u00e9glisse, une pointe d&rsquo;amertume propre \u00e0 la poudre de chocolat et la mokatine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool est pile poil comme il faut encore pour ce genre de chose. Un navy Rum doit quand m\u00eame envoyer un peu \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">115\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un tr\u00e8s bel assemblage, propos\u00e9 \u00e0 un tarif plut\u00f4t raisonnable, m\u00eame si le format reste limit\u00e9 \u00e0 50 cl \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif est, \u00e0 mes yeux, pleinement atteint.
