Spirits"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de mon <a href=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2025\/06\/22\/live-in-gascogne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dernier passage dans le Gers<\/a>, nous sommes all\u00e9s rendre visite \u00e0 nos amis de chez Hontamb\u00e8re. Par chance, un certain <strong>Jules Haddock<\/strong> tra\u00eenait dans les parages \u2014 l\u2019occasion parfaite pour enfin \u00e9changer de vive voix, apr\u00e8s tant de discussions derri\u00e8re nos claviers ! \ud83d\ude0a<br>Et comme il \u00e9tait avec nous, il nous a fait go\u00fbter un f\u00fbt \u00ab\u00a0<em>particulier<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, selon ses dires, dans le chai o\u00f9 reposent les anciens du domaine <strong>Pouch\u00e9gu<\/strong>\u2026 \ud83e\udd73<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce jour-l\u00e0, on en avait d\u00e9gust\u00e9 un bon nombre, et dans mon souvenir, ce f\u00fbt-l\u00e0 apportait effectivement un truc l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rent, tout en restant tr\u00e8s chouette \u2014 comme beaucoup de ceux qui sommeillent l\u00e0-bas depuis quelque temps maintenant, d\u2019ailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors forc\u00e9ment, quand j\u2019ai vu passer la publication sur le site de nos trois comp\u00e8res, j\u2019ai craqu\u00e9 sans trop r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. Je vous propose donc un petit retour sur cette belle bouteille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Petit clin d&rsquo;oeil \u00e0 l\u2019illustration qui est vraiment tr\u00e8s belle et respecte bien l\u2019univers bleu de chez Hontamb\u00e8re\u2026 en un peu plus l\u00e9ger. Un bleu POHontamb\u00e8re, en quelque sorte\u2026 (<em>ok, celle-l\u00e0 est bien naze et probablement dispensable \ud83d\ude05<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover\" style=\"min-height:299px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"1280\" class=\"wp-block-cover__image-background wp-image-24105 size-large\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/PXL_20250708_152710662-960x1280.png\" style=\"object-position:52% 59%\" data-object-fit=\"cover\" data-object-position=\"52% 59%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/PXL_20250708_152710662-960x1280.png 960w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/PXL_20250708_152710662-595x793.png 595w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/PXL_20250708_152710662-480x640.png 480w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/PXL_20250708_152710662-768x1024.png 768w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/PXL_20250708_152710662-1152x1536.png 1152w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/PXL_20250708_152710662.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-background-dim\" style=\"background-color:#54433f\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-cover-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Titrant <strong>44.3%<\/strong>, distill\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de grappes 100% <strong>Ugni blanc<\/strong> et provenant du tr\u00e8s beau stock Pouch\u00e9gu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relativement fruit\u00e9 avec pas mal de p\u00eaches, abricots, agrumes, jus de raisin, sirop de p\u00eache et une belle acidit\u00e9 rappellant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les fruits rouges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cire d&rsquo;abeille, le miel, le bois l\u00e9g\u00e8rement laqu\u00e9, des \u00e9pices de No\u00ebl, du tabac blond et un l\u00e9ger caramel viennent ensuite s&rsquo;immiscer dans ces beaux parfums fruit\u00e9s et relativement frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loin d&rsquo;un armagnac bien gras et marqu\u00e9<em> <sup>(que j&rsquo;aime beaucoup aussi)<\/sup><\/em>, ce nez est tr\u00e8s fruit\u00e9, hyper \u00e9l\u00e9gant et bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9&#8230; je suis assez fan et plut\u00f4t \u00e9tonn\u00e9 de ce style, pour un spiritueux de 37 ans \ud83d\ude0d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bouche plus classique mais toujours aussi marqu\u00e9e par la fraicheur et les fruits, on va retrouver nos fruits \u00e0 chaire jaune, de fines traces exotiques, quelques notes de cassis, un fin menthol, des agrumes, le chocolat au lait, un bois\u00e9 plus marqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;au nez et quelques notes d&rsquo;\u00e9pices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cire est pr\u00e9sente et nous faisons encore face \u00e0 cette pointe d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able suivi par une finale relativement courte sur le cassis, les agrumes, le th\u00e9 noir et le chocolat noir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le profil est gras, gouach\u00e9 et beurr\u00e9, \u00e7a glisse tout seul \ud83d\ude01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">135\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00e8s belle s\u00e9lection, dommage pour la finale peut \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement courte, mais tr\u00e8s chouette armagnac !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profil assez diff\u00e9rent, mais n\u00e9anmoins tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able de ce que j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;occasion de d\u00e9couvrir dans ce vieux stock pouch\u00e9gu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">89\/100<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas tout, car en plus de ce bel armagnac, il y a aussi un tr\u00e8s vieux pineau des charentes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 chez nos amis de chez Grosperrin.. et comme je suis hyper sympa, je vous fais la petite review \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover\" style=\"min-height:283px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"960\" class=\"wp-block-cover__image-background wp-image-24100 size-large\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FB_IMG_1752037630814-960x960.jpg\" style=\"object-position:54% 34%\" data-object-fit=\"cover\" data-object-position=\"54% 34%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FB_IMG_1752037630814-960x960.jpg 960w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FB_IMG_1752037630814-595x595.jpg 595w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FB_IMG_1752037630814-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FB_IMG_1752037630814-720x720.jpg 720w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/FB_IMG_1752037630814.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-background-dim\" style=\"background-color:#957551\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-cover-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-0be9f7ce14b236518f3df62659c6bd51 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#00000038\">Tr\u00e8s vieux Pineau &#8211; Grosperrin &#8211; 19.5%<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relativement fum\u00e9, voir m\u00eame l\u00e9g\u00e8rement animal, ce pineau est assez \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9concertant\u00a0\u00bb pour le peu que je connaisse de ce genre de brol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s ce premier contact, miel, raisins secs, fruits compot\u00e9s, vanille, sous bois, fruits \u00e0 coque, champignons mais sur un profil relativement fruit\u00e9 et frais tout de m\u00eame&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faudra aimer les notes de rancio \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est assez marqu\u00e9e sur les noix, un fin voile fum\u00e9, miel, caramel, sirop de raisin, raisins secs, vanille, cuir, compote de fruits, th\u00e9 noir, cr\u00e8me chocolat et se termine par une belle acidit\u00e9 et fraicheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les 19% d&rsquo;alcool de ce pineau, qui titre assez haut pour ce genre de produit, passe tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s bien !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">37\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Profil assez marqu\u00e9 sur le rancio, j&rsquo;aime assez bien personnellement \ud83d\ude01 C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s glouglou et la petite pointe d&rsquo;acidit\u00e9 en fin de bouche est tr\u00e8s sexy, bravo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">88\/100<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lors de mon dernier passage dans le Gers, nous sommes all\u00e9s rendre visite \u00e0 nos amis de chez Hontamb\u00e8re.
