Imagin\u00e9e par Kirsch Import en Allemagne, cette s\u00e9rie rend hommage aux grandes eaux-de-vie fran\u00e7aises \u00e0 travers une collection de f\u00fbts uniques, embouteill\u00e9s avec une belle identit\u00e9 graphique. Cognacs, armagnacs, parfois un calvados, tout y passe \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque num\u00e9ro du Journal, c\u2019est une photo d&rsquo;un terroir, de savoir-faire. Les s\u00e9lections sont vari\u00e9es, pointues et racontent toutes une belle histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 travers cette d\u00e9marche, Kirsch Import d\u00e9passe le simple r\u00f4le de distributeur pour devenir un v\u00e9ritable s\u00e9lectionneur de spiritueux. On va retrouver pas mal de caramel avec une belle meringue de citron, des raisins secs, des pruneaux bien gras, des dattes, les prunes confites, une belle min\u00e9ralit\u00e9, un bois\u00e9 plut\u00f4t sec, quelques \u00e9pices et du cuir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bref, le genre de nez qu&rsquo;on aime d\u00e9couvrir, \u00e7a ne nous veut que du bien \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e9g\u00e8re, sur le chocolat amer, les \u00e9pices comme la muscade, un fin poivre suivit d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes plus sur les agrumes.
