Les voil\u00e0 de retour avec une nouvelle salve qui tombe \u00e0 pic dans le climat actuel : les prix du rhum ne cessent de grimper, comme les autres biens de consommations, l&rsquo;incertitude plane et les nouvelles ne sont pas glorieuses pour le futur&#8230;bref, c&rsquo;est chiant !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais pour contrer cette tendance, Spirit Gallery d\u00e9gaine un v\u00e9ritable pack anti-inflation limit\u00e9 dans le temps proposant un armagnac, ce Port Mourant et un rhum du Galion o\u00f9 il casse les prix momentan\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 chaque sortie semble tester les limites du portefeuille, ce genre d\u2019initiative fait du bien. Bravo \u00e0 Spirit Gallery pour l&rsquo;initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s, c&rsquo;est pas tout de faire dans les prix corrects, mais faut que \u00e7a suive niveau qualit\u00e9, on est pas chez Action non plus ! Voyons donc voir ce que donne ce Port Mourant 2012 et un Fiji 2001&#8230; Ce dernier n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas forc\u00e9ment pr\u00e9vu, mais j\u2019ai eu la chance d\u2019y go\u00fbter en avant-premi\u00e8re \ud83d\ude42 A pr\u00e9ciser qu&rsquo;il sera propos\u00e9 aussi en mode anti-inflation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover\" style=\"min-height:215px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"765\" height=\"716\" class=\"wp-block-cover__image-background wp-image-23884 size-full\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/pm.png\" style=\"object-position:45% 24%\" data-object-fit=\"cover\" data-object-position=\"45% 24%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/pm.png 765w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/pm-595x557.png 595w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 765px) 100vw, 765px\" \/><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-background-dim\" style=\"background-color:#756d59\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-cover-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-9a3022064b7e537b34350ba9102f288c wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#00000052\">Port Mourant &#8211; 2012\/2025 &#8211; 62.9%<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Port Mourant 2012<\/strong>, distill\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;alambic mythique en bois puis vieilli <strong>13 ans<\/strong> en ex-f\u00fbt de bourbon de premier passage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nez relativement concentr\u00e9, on y trouve quelque chose qui semble bien gras, gourmand et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fruits confits, vanille, chocolat au lait, quelques fruits \u00e0 coque caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s dont la noisette et les noix de p\u00e9can, l\u00e9g\u00e8re colle, cerise confite, cire de bougie, \u00e9pices style paprika\/poivre\/muscade, cuir, r\u00e9glisse, cola&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool semble bien fondu et tout cela respire la gourmadise \u00e0 plein nez. Nous ne sommes clairement pas sur un profil 100% Port Mourant, plut\u00f4t une sorte de mix Diamond\/Foursquare\/Port Mourant&#8230; cela semble assez prometteur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grasse et huileuse, on est sur un beau profil chocolat\u00e9 encore, le pralin\u00e9 aux noisettes, vanille, fruits confits, tabac, r\u00e9glisse, cuir, caramel l\u00e9g\u00e8rement beurre\/sal\u00e9, membrane de noix finement am\u00e8res, chique au coca, l\u00e9ger menthol et finale un brin sal\u00e9e sur la poudre de cacao&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alcool avec assez bien de peps, c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;une belle buvabilit\u00e9 mais avec le petit kick de puissance qui ram\u00e8ne une note de fraicheur dans ce profil tr\u00e8s gourmand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00e8s gourmand, tr\u00e8s plaquant, tr\u00e8s glouglou, ce Port Mourant est vraiment tr\u00e8s sympa et bien diff\u00e9rent des Port Mourant fruit\u00e9\/clair <sup><em>(que j&rsquo;adore aussi)<\/em><\/sup> style <a href=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2024\/10\/16\/port-mourant-2003-2024\/\">2003<\/a>-2008-<a href=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2023\/08\/31\/bristol-port-mourant-2010-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2010<\/a> etc  &#8230; 2001\/2025 &#8211; 56.6%<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiji <strong>2001<\/strong>, vieilli 23 ans, issu d\u2019un <strong>100\u202f% pot still<\/strong> et embouteill\u00e9 brut de f\u00fbt \u00e0 <strong>56,6\u202f%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relativement \u00ab\u00a0funky\u00a0\u00bb, avec assez bien de fruits, pomme\/poire cuites, fruits plus tropicaux,  de massepain cru, d&rsquo;amandes douces, de vanille et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re olive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le temps, un fin chocolat blanc, des \u00e9pices avec une pointe de poivre rose et un c\u00f4t\u00e9 sirupeux, genre l\u00e9ger sirop de p\u00eache ou encore litchi et un c\u00f4t\u00e9 solvant\/colle\/huile de garage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parfum\u00e9, assez doux et enjoueur, ce nez pourrait faire penser \u00e0 pas mal de choses mais il y a effectivement quelques chose qui fait qu&rsquo;on penche l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus pour un Fiji qu&rsquo;un Jam&rsquo; ou encore un Savana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niveau alcool, \u00e7a parait \u00eatre plut\u00f4t bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche semble l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus vive, ensuite encore assez bien de fruits du verger, de fruits tropicaux comme la mangue ou les fruits de la passion, de fum\u00e9, de massepain cuit et toujours cette impression de sirop de p\u00eache, du poivre rose, des solvants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le fum\u00e9 en r\u00e9trolfaction suivi de l&rsquo;ananas r\u00f4ti me fera plus penser \u00e0 un Jama\u00efcain du coup, on reste bien sur quelque chose d&rsquo;assez lourd en ar\u00f4mes et d&rsquo;une belle buvabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">120\u20ac (50cl) (promo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas mal, \u00e7a passe plut\u00f4t bien et cela est assez easy sipping&#8230;moi qui n&rsquo;ai jamais trouv\u00e9 grand chose d&rsquo;int\u00e9ressant dans les rhums de cette \u00eele, je dois dire que ce dernier ma plait assez.
