Et l&rsquo;air de rien, en 4 ans d&rsquo;existence, ils ont quand m\u00eame r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 nous sortir plus de 100 embouteillages !!! Alors oui, certains en quantit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e mais \u00e7a fait quand m\u00eame une moyenne de 25 nouvelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences par an&#8230;. trop ? Disons qu&rsquo;il y en aura pour tout le monde du coup \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et durant ces quatre ann\u00e9es, \u00e0 force de travail<em> (et d&rsquo;une comm&rsquo; abondante)<\/em>, ils auront su se forger une belle r\u00e9putation dans le monde des spiritueux: des design qui claquent, des s\u00e9lections <strong>multi-spiritueux <\/strong>int\u00e9ressantes et os\u00e9es, un r\u00e9seau de partenaires bien \u00e9tablis et un fan-club assez <em>(trop ?)<\/em> d\u00e9vou\u00e9&#8230; Bref, bravo pour tout cet accomplissement, en ces temps difficiles, ce n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas gagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;avance. Vieilli en f\u00fbt unique et transport\u00e9 en 2022 \u00e0 bord du voilier Avontuur.<\/em> <em>Mis en bouteille pour Inter Caves France \u00e0 54.9% d&rsquo;alcool.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relativement discret, ce nez semble bien beurr\u00e9 avec les belles notes de r\u00e9glisse que l&rsquo;on peut retrouver fr\u00e9quemment chez Bielle. C&rsquo;est toast\u00e9, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grill\u00e9, finement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sentant des notes de fruits \u00e0 coques, de pruneaux, de miel et de vanille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La canne \u00e0 sucre est toujours pr\u00e9sente et semble confite, apportant une belle douceur, suivie par quelques fines traces d&rsquo;agrumes comme l&rsquo;orange qui viennent compl\u00e9ter ce nez, fin et \u00e9l\u00e9gant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, le bois\u00e9 est cendr\u00e9, fin et quelques traces de tabac et de chocolat au lait termine ce beau bouquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est plus marqu\u00e9e avec une belle r\u00e9glisse comme Bielle nous offre souvent, cela me rappelle mon premier 2003 de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque&#8230; c&rsquo;est dire si le souvenir est agr\u00e9able !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un fin caramel accompagne cela avec pas mal d&rsquo;agrumes et encore cette canne confite qui ajoute gourmandise \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble. Ensuite, quelques traces de figues, dattes, chocolat au lait, noisettes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es et orangettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finale, relativement longue nous offre une belle salinit\u00e9 du caramel beurre\/sal\u00e9, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool est hyper fondu, c&rsquo;est vraiment gourmand et \u00ab\u00a0easy\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">125\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00e8s bon Bielle, jeune mais avec tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut pour passer un bon moment. Il s\u2019agit du mill\u00e9sime 2009, une ann\u00e9e rare et recherch\u00e9e pour cette distillerie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son haut taux en esters. Il a vieilli pendant 15 ans en f\u00fbts ex-Bourbon. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 embouteill\u00e9 en Juin 2024, brut de f\u00fbt (61,2%). Seulement 200 bouteilles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produites.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas de doute, on est clairement en Jama\u00efque avec de la colle, du vernis, des fruits tr\u00e8s murs, brioche, l\u00e9ger cendr\u00e9 et poivre rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ananas r\u00f4ti, la banane, les fruits de la passion accompagn\u00e9s d&rsquo;un fin caramel se retrouvent emm\u00eal\u00e9s dans une sorte de colle patex et de dissolvant pour les ongles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pain gris toast\u00e9, un l\u00e9ger fum\u00e9 et des \u00e9pices viennent enfin terminer ce nez tr\u00e8s typ\u00e9, brioch\u00e9 et acide&#8230; on est effectivement sur du high esters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool ne semble pas exag\u00e9r\u00e9 et le nez en est presque gourmand, gras et bien beurr\u00e9, mais on verra comment \u00e7a se passe en bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Impressionnant, la premi\u00e8re bouche n&rsquo;est pas dutout exag\u00e9r\u00e9e niveau alcool, \u00e7a passe \u00ab\u00a0presque\u00a0\u00bb tout seul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est encore une fois tr\u00e8s gras, beurr\u00e9, brioch\u00e9, avec un beau caramel qui arrondi bien les angles. Le pain toast\u00e9 vient tr\u00e8s vite \u00e0 notre rencontre suivi ensuite de notes plus fruit\u00e9es pour enfin revenir sur un bois\u00e9 relativement sec, voir cendr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finale est bien entendu assez longue avec le caramel, le chocolat au lait, quelques fruits \u00e0 coque torr\u00e9fi\u00e9s, le petit beurre et l&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">120\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les amateurs de High Esters rums, cette version est clairement une tr\u00e8s belle r\u00e9ussite&#8230; limite easy drinkable, ce New Yarmouth est tr\u00e8s gourmand et agr\u00e9able. Son mark est &lt;&gt;H (Diamond H) avec un taux d\u2019esters de 900 \u00e0 1000 g\/hlpa). Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 embouteill\u00e9 en Juin 2024, brut de f\u00fbt (66,4%). 140 bouteilles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produites seulement.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nez assez ferm\u00e9 au d\u00e9but, le 66% ne doivent clairement pas aider&#8230; Ensuite, des notes d&rsquo;olives vertes, de solvant, de fruits tr\u00e8s murs, un l\u00e9ger cuir, du fum\u00e9 et quelques chose de plus herbac\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le nez est relativement acide, avec un c\u00f4t\u00e9 bonbon arlequin, citron meringu\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re, olives vertes, poiscaille, poivre rouge et un caoutchouc comme sur une chambre \u00e0 air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est un style, il faut aimer&#8230; moi perso je ne suis pas plus fan que cela sur cette version. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien entendu, \u00e7a d\u00e9bo\u00eete assez bien en bouche&#8230; les 66% accoupl\u00e9s aux ar\u00f4mes assez extr\u00eames font qu&rsquo;une grimace apparait assez vite \ud83e\udd37<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, assez bien d&rsquo;olives, ananas r\u00f4ti, bois\u00e9 assez astringent, pain gris toast\u00e9, fruits murs, tapenade, ancho\u00efade, poiscaille fum\u00e9e, cuir et mine de crayon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et apr\u00e8s 3 gorg\u00e9es, c&rsquo;est toujours la grimace \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">129\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je vais s\u00fbrement encore me faire des amis avec cette d\u00e9claration, mais s\u2019il fallait r\u00e9sumer ce Hampden en un mot, ce serait : \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Bref, c&rsquo;est un style, faut aimer. Moi personnellement je n&rsquo;adh\u00e8re pas trop sur celui-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai une nette pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les tr\u00e8s vieux Hampden, plus gras et gourmands.
