Mais cette fois ci, point de rhum \u00e0 l&rsquo;horizon mais bien un Cognac, cru Grand Champagne s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par toute l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Rhum Attitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&rsquo;ailleurs, on remarquera que Rhum Attitude est devenu \u00ab\u00a0Spirits Attitude\u00a0\u00bb sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tiquette, ce qui a effectivement plus de sens quand on met en bouteille autre chose qu&rsquo;un rhum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce cognac est issu d&rsquo;un f\u00fbt unique qui a servi \u00e0 ouiller d&rsquo;autres f\u00fbts. N&rsquo;ayant pas lui-m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 rempli au fur et \u00e0 mesure, il a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;une a\u00e9ration importante tout au long de ses tr\u00e8s nombreuses ann\u00e9es de vieillissement, dixit l&#8217;embouteilleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous sommes sur de l&rsquo;Ugni Blanc et le tout a \u00e9t\u00e9 embouteill\u00e9 brut de f\u00fbt \u00e0 59.4% d&rsquo;alcool. Pas de mention du domaine par contre, cela s&rsquo;est apparemment perdu dans le temps&#8230; Ce sont des choses qui arrivent, et au final c&rsquo;est pas bien grave hein ? \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Relativement frais avec une belle menthe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement poivr\u00e9e, pas mal de traces florales, des \u00e9pices qui pourraient faire penser aux \u00e9pices Marocaines avec le cumin, safran etc, du cuir, des pruneaux, dattes, raisins secs&#8230; plut\u00f4t atypique sur ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9pic\u00e9 en fait, mais pas d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able dutout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bois\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas pr\u00e9dominant, le tabac blond, le chocolat au lait et le vieux meuble poussi\u00e9reux nous accompagnent durant tout ce petit moment pass\u00e9 au dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les presque 60% d&rsquo;alcool sont par contre bien effac\u00e9s, j&rsquo;ai du relire \u00e0 2 fois la fiche pour \u00eatre certain de \u00e7a \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en bouche est de fait plus vive, mais cela reste g\u00e9rable car l&rsquo;ensemble est relativement brioch\u00e9, beurr\u00e9 et assez gourmand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, encore assez bien de fleurs s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, de th\u00e9 noir, de fruits \u00e0 chaire jaune, de pruneaux, de dattes, de poivre, d&rsquo;eucalyptus, de bois cendr\u00e9, de poudre de cacao, un l\u00e9ger caoutchouc et un c\u00f4t\u00e9 plus empyreumachinchose &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool me semble un chouia puissant quand m\u00eame, c&rsquo;est puissant sans \u00eatre agressif, mais j&rsquo;aurais probablement pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 quelque chose de plus calme.
