Il s&rsquo;agit ici de la version r\u00e9duite, un single cask embouteill\u00e9 \u00e0 55% \u00e9tant disponible aussi mais en nombre plus limit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 f\u00fbts de 2012 auront donc \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et mis en bouteille apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9duction \u00e0 46%. <strong>500 bouteilles<\/strong> \u00e9tant disponibles uniquement dans les magasins\u00a0<strong>VandB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depaz, HSE, Trois rivi\u00e8res sont \u00e9galement de la partie avec des single cask et un double mill\u00e9sime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Distill\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier <strong>2012<\/strong> et mis en bouteille en mars <strong>2018<\/strong>, nous avons donc un rhum \u00e2g\u00e9 de <strong>6 ans<\/strong>. Relativement jeune, c&rsquo;est ce qui m&rsquo;aura intrigu\u00e9 et donc int\u00e9ress\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne restait plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 trouver le bien bon qdd qui allait me trouver \u00e7a vu que ce n&rsquo;est pas commercialis\u00e9 en Belgique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et lors d&rsquo;une discussion sur un groupe facebook ax\u00e9 bi\u00e8res, je vois que mon interlocuteur du jour travaille justement chez <strong>VandB<\/strong> ! Bingo, un petit MP (et non PM car \u00e7a j&rsquo;aime pas) avec lui et l&rsquo;affaire \u00e9tait r\u00e9gl\u00e9e ! Le couleur ne nous laisse aucun doute sur le jeune \u00e2ge de ce mill\u00e9sime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rhum tapisse litt\u00e9ralement le verre pour vite redescendre le long de ses parois, tout laissant de belles perles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nez<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">la premi\u00e8re impression est tr\u00e8s <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/strong> sur la <strong>canne<\/strong> et assez fruit\u00e9 avec pas mal <strong>d&rsquo;agrumes<\/strong> comme le citron, des fruits du verger avec la <strong>poire<\/strong> et la <strong>pomme<\/strong> ainsi que du raisin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un nez donc tr\u00e8s <strong>frais<\/strong> et <strong>agr\u00e9able<\/strong>, suivi directement de notes plus chaudes. Des fruits \u00e0 coque avec la <strong>noisette<\/strong>, de la <strong>vanille<\/strong>,\u00a0 un <strong>bois\u00e9<\/strong> fin et humide (pas simple \u00e0 expliquer \u00e7a), du camphre, quelques discr\u00e8tes <strong>\u00e9pices<\/strong> (poivre, muscade) et un c\u00f4t\u00e9 &lsquo;silex&rsquo;, poudre \u00e0 canon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool est bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et ne g\u00eane absolument pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bouche<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">c&rsquo;est vif, avec pas mal de <strong>peps<\/strong>. La canne en premier lieu suivit de l\u00e9g\u00e8res notes <strong>caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es<\/strong>, du <strong>raisin<\/strong>, du <strong>citron<\/strong>, de <strong>l&rsquo;amande<\/strong> et du <strong>poivre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Encore un fois, tr\u00e8s <strong>frais<\/strong>. Les agrumes envahissent la bouche suivi de quelques notes tertiaires amen\u00e9es par le f\u00fbt avec la <strong>noisette<\/strong>, la <strong>muscade<\/strong> et un <strong>bois\u00e9<\/strong> l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La longueur revient sur la fra\u00eecheur, la menthe et la noix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool est vraiment bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9, personnellement la r\u00e9duction ne me laisse pas sur ma faim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tarif<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>95\u20ac<\/strong>, plus cher qu&rsquo;un 2009 mais cela reste une bouteille 10 fois plus limit\u00e9e et il y a un intervenant en plus&#8230;. Donc cela semble plus ou moins logique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toujours est il que pour un 6 ans d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, <strong>ce n&rsquo;est pas donn\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Tr\u00e8s beau rhum, tr\u00e8s frais et agr\u00e9able.
