Cette parcelle de vignes, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du cimeti\u00e8re municipal, est appel\u00e9e \u00ab La Champagne \u00bb car le sol pr\u00e9sente quasiment les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques que certains sols de l&rsquo;appellation Petite Champagne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les Cognacs \u00e9labor\u00e9s avec le vin de cette vigne ont un caract\u00e8re tr\u00e8s particulier, tr\u00e8s fruit\u00e9 avec quelques notes florales et min\u00e9rales. Il a vieilli 55 ans en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane du Limousin dans une cave humide (\u00ab\u00a0chais humide\u00a0\u00bb) puis a \u00e9t\u00e9 stock\u00e9 depuis 2010 en 4 dame-jeannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nez marqu\u00e9 par la douceur, le chocolat pralin\u00e9, les fruits \u00e0 chaire jaune, le jus de fruits d&rsquo;agrumes, un c\u00f4t\u00e9 min\u00e9ral comme un vin blanc l\u00e9g\u00e8rement oxidatif, la pointe de crayon HB2, une fine torr\u00e9faction et quelques traces de th\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bref, un beau nez tr\u00e8s \u00e9l\u00e9gant, fruit\u00e9 et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement min\u00e9ral..vraiment tr\u00e8s beau !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est tr\u00e8s parfum\u00e9e, sur les fruits napp\u00e9s de caramel, les fruits rouges comme le cassis, des abricots, des nectarines, du tabac, un fin bois\u00e9 sur le chocolat noir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8r, des \u00e9pices comme la muscade entre autre, des fruits \u00e0 coque et un l\u00e9ger menthol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une bouche tr\u00e8s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et tout aussi \u00e9l\u00e9gante que le nez o\u00f9 les fruits sont relativement bien pr\u00e9sents avec de subtiles notes bois\u00e9es&#8230; top <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">599\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cher et vieux ne veut pas automatiquement dire bon, regardez l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2021\/12\/06\/appleton-estate-hearts-collection-part-ii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Appleton 1984<\/a>, mais ici force est de constater que c&rsquo;est effectivement un prix <em><sup>(que j&rsquo;imagine justifi\u00e9, 55 ans tout de m\u00eame)<\/sup><\/em>, que c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s vieux mais qu&rsquo;en plus c&rsquo;est vraiment tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s bon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Encore une fois, serais je tent\u00e9 de dire, bravo \u00e0 Pieter pour cette belle pioche !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">91\/100<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce Cognac a \u00e9t\u00e9 distill\u00e9 \u00e0 Chermignac en 1955 par Vallein-Tercinier avec du vin issu de leurs meilleures vignes de l&rsquo;appellation Bons Bois.
