Il est effectivement de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent de voir des s\u00e9lections propos\u00e9es plus par des \u00ab\u00a0Transvaseurs\u00a0\u00bb que des Embouteilleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est dommage mais c&rsquo;est ainsi&#8230; un rhum sympa, une jolie \u00e9tiquette, une communication boost\u00e9es aux hyper qualificatifs et hop, c&rsquo;est parti. Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a marche, et plut\u00f4t m\u00eame assez bien pour certains et les jus propos\u00e9s ne sont bien entendus pas rat\u00e9s. On peut juste de temps en temps se dire qu&rsquo;un tel aurait m\u00e9rit\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction, un autre un l\u00e9ger finish, un brassage ou m\u00eame une longue a\u00e9ration afin de rendre le moment encore plus sexy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cas qui nous occupe ce soir, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vagabond-spirits.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Vagabond Spirits<\/strong><\/a> a choisi la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bbeiDL22DJA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">formule offensive <\/a>en proposant pas mal d&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 autour de ses produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allant des rhums au finish improbable en passant pas l&rsquo;assemblage ou encore le vieillissement de fa\u00e7on in\u00e9dite, on ne peut pas dire qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;ennuie en lisant leur communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nicolas Petit<\/strong>, le passionn\u00e9 derri\u00e8re tout \u00e7a, m&rsquo;a derni\u00e8rement contact\u00e9 afin de voir si je serai int\u00e9ress\u00e9 pour d\u00e9guster ses cr\u00e9ations et lui donner mon ressenti l\u00e0 dessus. Chose que j&rsquo;ai bien entendu accept\u00e9, \u00e9tant quelqu&rsquo;un de plut\u00f4t curieux, m\u00eame si les trucs \u00e0 la 6-4-2 ne sont pas toujours ma tasse de rhum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et afin de ne pas trop me brusquer, il s&rsquo;est m\u00eame propos\u00e9 de faire \u00e7a \u00e0 l&rsquo;aveugle, ainsi aucun a priori lors de la d\u00e9gustation. Il m&rsquo;a laiss\u00e9 une enveloppe avec le descriptif de chaque \u00e9chantillon pour lire en fin de d\u00e9gustation. Plut\u00f4t pas mal comme fa\u00e7on de faire, merci ! L&rsquo;assemblage a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en octobre 2022 en f\u00fbt Ex Beaumes de Venise et ex rhum Australie. Ensuite, tout est parti en bateau pour un voyage jusque f\u00e9vrier 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Embouteill\u00e9 \u00e0 59% d&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De fait, \u00e7a sent assez bien la Barbade avec les marqueurs typiques de l&rsquo;\u00eele comme le coco et un c\u00f4t\u00e9 relativement bien beurr\u00e9. Finish en f\u00fbt de bi\u00e8re brune et propos\u00e9 \u00e0 55% d&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Directement, la f\u00e8ve de cacao fait son apparition. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s chocolat\u00e9, beurr\u00e9, caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 mais cela ne semble pas too much en fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelques traces plus torr\u00e9fies viennent ensuite nous sortir de cet amas de chocolat avec une pointe de vanille et une banane bien mure, voir m\u00eame en compote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bouche tr\u00e8s grasse, attention il faut aimer le chocolat, le beurre, le caramel, les mokatines, les \u00e9pices de No\u00ebl etc&#8230; On est clairement sur un profil hyper gourmand, doux, mais ayant r\u00e9ussi l&rsquo;exploit de ne pas \u00eatre trop \u00e9c\u0153urant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le finale est assez sal\u00e9e, elle fait clairement ressortir de notes de caramel\/beurre sal\u00e9 et une pointe de silex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">59\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">83\/100<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ron assez charg\u00e9, mais dont le finish en bi\u00e8re brune aura probablement apport\u00e9 plus d&rsquo;air afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de tomber dans l&rsquo;excessivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s, les Ron ne sont pas v\u00e9ritablement ma tasse de th\u00e9, donc c&rsquo;est sympa mais sans plus me concernant. Les deux f\u00fbts vont \u00eatre rep\u00each\u00e9s, assembl\u00e9s et repos\u00e9s en cuve avant la mise en bouteille \u00e0 49% d&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De fait, \u00e7a sent le Bielle l\u00e0 dedans&#8230; donc en gros, \u00e7a sent plut\u00f4t bon avec pas mal d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes de canne \u00e0 sucre, une sucrosit\u00e9 naturelle, du fruits, des notes terreuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et les Bielle ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 un cot\u00e9 iod\u00e9 par moment, celui ci ne d\u00e9roge \u00e9videment pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle quand on voit o\u00f9 il a pass\u00e9 son temps durant 9 mois \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;imagine les \u00e9changes entre l&rsquo;eau et le rhum assez intense, les deux f\u00fbts ont perdu 10% d&rsquo;alcool durant ce temps ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, sans savoir si tout allait bien dans ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la mer, j&rsquo;y trouve un l\u00e9ger c\u00f4t\u00e9 hydro carbures, br\u00fbl\u00e9 en fait&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est tout aussi typique de chez Bielle avec de belles traces de canne \u00e0 sucre, une sucrosit\u00e9 assez prononc\u00e9e, des ar\u00f4mes terreux, du miel et de la r\u00e9glisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est \u00e9videment salin aussi et on a l&rsquo;impression que le rhum s&rsquo;\u00e9teint assez vite dans ses ar\u00f4mes primaires pour nous laisser une plus longue finale iod\u00e9e et sucr\u00e9e tirant vers le caramel mou, tr\u00e8s bon d&rsquo;ailleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">120\u20ac (50cl)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">86\/100<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etonnant et plut\u00f4t sympa si on oublie que ce rhum co\u00fbte tout de m\u00eame 120\u20ac pour un vieillissement <em>(et lente r\u00e9duction \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de mer)<\/em> de 9 mois. Vieilli 11 ans \u00e0 Trinidad, 3 ans en Europe, ce single cask a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 fini 4 mois en f\u00fbt de ch\u00eane am\u00e9ricain, cintrage vapeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s&rsquo;agit l\u00e0 d&rsquo;une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de concevoir un f\u00fbt, dans le respect du bois, de son essence et de ses caract\u00e9ristiques gustatives. Le cintrage ainsi r\u00e9alis\u00e9 permet de n\u2019extraire presque aucun tanin du bois, afin de n\u2019y retrouver que le go\u00fbt du bois, son \u00e2me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">240 bouteilles de 50cl, superbement illustr\u00e9es une fois de plus, ont vu le jour \u00e0 61% d&rsquo;alcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et bien \u00e7a sent le sale TDL l\u00e0 dedans, pas mal de fruits rouge, de cassis, d&rsquo;hydrocarbure, d&rsquo;huiles, de caramel et assez bien de notes bois\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le temps, la mangue, les oranges sanguines, le cuir, le bois br\u00fbl\u00e9, la rhubarbe, le beurre et le chocolat noir propose un profil assez sombre et gourmand \u00e0 souhait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On est limite pas loin, mais vraiment pas, d&rsquo;un Caroni en fait. C&rsquo;est par contre moins sauvage que ce que je pensais, \u00e7a passe m\u00eame plut\u00f4t facilement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas mal de cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, de vanille, de fruits exotiques, de cacao, du caramel l\u00e9g\u00e8re trop cuit, du ch\u00eane, d&rsquo;huiles et de chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout en \u00e9tant relativement bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai quand m\u00eame tendance \u00e0 trouver que c&rsquo;est trop alcooleux&#8230; le c\u00f4t\u00e9 Belize j&rsquo;imagine, car je n&rsquo;en ai jamais d\u00e9gust\u00e9
