Mais cette fois ci, point de rhum au programme mais un f\u00fbt de bas armagnac d\u00e9got\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/pouteou.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Domaine de Pout\u00ebou<\/a> dans le nord-ouest du d\u00e9partement du Gers en Gascogne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette s\u00e9lection a \u00e9t\u00e9 distill\u00e9e en 2004 et la cave ne sortira du f\u00fbt que 30 bouteilles tous les ans. Ce qui permettra donc de voir l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la chose sur 4-5 ans. Commercialement c&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t \u00e9trange mais l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est plut\u00f4t sympathique d&rsquo;un point de vue gustatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette version 2023, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 19 ans donc, titre 47.43% d&rsquo;alcool et co\u00fbte 85\u20ac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nez relativement gras d&rsquo;apparence, on y retrouve un chouette caramel, un beau mocha, pas mal de fruits compot\u00e9s comme de la p\u00eache ou des abricots et bien entendu un raisin charg\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ensemble est vraiment gourmand, torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 avec des pointe de caf\u00e9, chocolat, beurre de cacao, tabac, nougat, vanille, coco et un alcool vraiment bien fondu \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00e8s sympa et belle entr\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pareille, bouche tr\u00e8s gourmande, chaleureuse et bien plaquante&#8230; on y retrouve limite m\u00eame un c\u00f4t\u00e9 Foursquare en gros f\u00fbt de bourbon tellement c&rsquo;est p\u00e2tin\u00e9 cette petite histoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le nougat, chocolat, caf\u00e9, vanille, tabac cohabitent assez bien avec une trame plus fruit\u00e9e et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est hyper rond sans \u00eatre trop \u00e9coeurant, le fruit\u00e9 am\u00e8ne une touche de fraicheur et l&rsquo;alcool est super bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bois\u00e9 est pr\u00e9sent sans \u00e9craser le tout, c&rsquo;est cendr\u00e9, l\u00e9g\u00e9rement fum\u00e9 et bien structur\u00e9, top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vraiment un chouette armagnac, bravo !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">85\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Haaa ben c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bon \u00e7a, vraiment sympa ce bas armagnac de 19 ans d&rsquo;\u00e2ge.
