<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus c&rsquo;est un <strong>chichibu<\/strong>, et ces derniers temps, tout le monde ne parle que de \u00e7a et donc du coup \u00e7a \u00e9veille encore plus ma curiosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donc, me voil\u00e0 ce soir \u00e0 faire ma premi\u00e8re note de d\u00e9gustation d&rsquo;un whisky\u00a0 \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ni une ni deux, un petit tour sur une bourse aux samples de whisky, et zoo j&rsquo;ach\u00e8te un triplette avec le fameux ipa cask finish qui nous occupe ce soir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s&rsquo;agit donc d&rsquo;un whisky assez jeune, distill\u00e9 en 2010 et 2014 et fini donc en f\u00fbt de bi\u00e8re ipa, et titrant <strong>57.5%<\/strong>. 6700 bouteilles produites et au final assez simple \u00e0 trouver car encore disponible \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle pour <strong>190\u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la petite histoire, le f\u00fbt ayant contenu la bi\u00e8re japonaise venait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 la base de chez chichibu afin d&rsquo;en faire une ipa whisky finish&#8230; et \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de cela il y a un c\u00f4t\u00e9 relativement chaud et gourmand sur les fruits \u00e0 coques, le miel et les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce duel frais\/chaud est tr\u00e8s surprenant et agr\u00e9able et bien entendu, la c\u00e9r\u00e9ale n&rsquo;est pas loin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;alcool est tr\u00e8s bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9, aucune agression. Tout est en finesse dans ce whisky, j&rsquo;adore !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bouche<\/strong>: La bouche est assez vive, on sent les 57 watts mais elles ne sont pas du tout g\u00eanantes&#8230; on re\u00e7oit ensuite un bon kick d&rsquo;agrumes et d&rsquo;\u00e9pices avec un petit c\u00f4t\u00e9 herbac\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est aussi parfum\u00e9e que le nez, c&rsquo;est vraiment un produit incroyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La longueur sur l&rsquo;amertume nous rappelle une belle IPA de derri\u00e8re les fagots, l&rsquo;influence du finish est ici vraiment tr\u00e8s forte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peu de traces bois\u00e9es, cendr\u00e9es ou autres qui auraient tendances \u00e0 me d\u00e9plaire, ici rien que du plaisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Co\u00fbt: <\/strong>190\u20ac&#8230; oui, le seul soucis de ce whisky, c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame un peu n&rsquo;importe quoi comme tarif mais bon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong>: alors l\u00e0 je suis r\u00e9ellement fan, c&rsquo;est hyper fruit\u00e9, gras et complexe. Pour un spiritueux si jeune, je dis chapeau !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce Chichibu m&rsquo;a vraiment fait penser dans l&rsquo;esprit \u00e0 Neisson tellement ce jeune jus m&rsquo;a sembl\u00e9 mature, \u00e9labor\u00e9 et &#8230;. cher \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le prix de l&rsquo;excellence et de l&rsquo;artisanat j&rsquo;imagine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
