Sur le blog \u00e0 Roger, on aime bien entendu la canne et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, mais on est assez fan du raisin aussi ! Et \u00e7a tombe bien, car pas loin de ma tr\u00e8s ch\u00e8re Belgique se trouve un pays o\u00f9 on aime bien distiller du raisin: la France ! Et ce soir je vous propose une d\u00e9gustation d’Armagnac mis en bouteille par d’autres amoureux du raisin, Grape Of The Art<\/strong> en Allemagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Et c’est lors d’une soir\u00e9e de d\u00e9gustation \u00e0 l’aveugle que les 5 gaillards qui composent l’\u00e9quipe sont \u00ab\u00a0tomb\u00e9 sur le cul\u00a0\u00bb en d\u00e9gustant un armagnac qui s’\u00e9tait gliss\u00e9 dans le linup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S’en suivi un petit s\u00e9jour en France afin d’aller d\u00e9guster et s\u00e9lectionner quelques belles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences… bon j’imagine que cela a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9t\u00e9 plus long que cela, mais en gros c’est ce qu’il faut retenir de cette belle histoire \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au menu de cet article, un armagnac s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 chez nos amis de l’encantada<\/a>, du domaine \u00ab\u00a0Le Fr\u00eache\u00a0\u00bb et un autre directement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 chez S\u00e9ailles<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Fr\u00eache 2007 – 13 ans – 57%<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 dans les chais de l’Encantada, cet armagnac de 13 ans titre 57% et vient du domaine Le Fr\u00eache au coeur du Bas-Armagnac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019une superficie de deux hectares, le domaine Le Fr\u00eache produit et distille des eaux-de-vie proches de leur terroir, parfum\u00e9es et authentiques. Gr\u00e2ce au c\u00e9page Baco qui a livr\u00e9 rondeur, fra\u00eecheur et vivacit\u00e9, on retrouve dans cet Armagnac toute l\u2019identit\u00e9 du domaine Le Fr\u00eache.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nez<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Un beau bois\u00e9 bien \u00ab\u00a0rustique\u00a0\u00bb comme les armagnacs peuvent nous offrir, sans \u00eatre un inf\u00e2me jus de bois bien s\u00fbr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On retrouve pas mal de cire, de miel, de chocolat noir, de raisin sec, de tabac et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re acidit\u00e9 qui pourrait ramener \u00e0 certains fruits rouges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’alcool est bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et le tout emble tr\u00e8s gourmand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bouche<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

La bouche est effectivement bien gourmande, p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, brioch\u00e9e avec encore ce beau bois\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 de chocolat, de miel, de fruits secs, de tabac et de p\u00e2te d’amandes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un c\u00f4t\u00e9 grill\u00e9 fait son apparition et la fin de bouche est principalement marqu\u00e9e par un bois\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e8re et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 en mode \u00ab\u00a0br\u00fbl\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00e8s chouette armagnac, je trouve juste le prix l\u00e9g\u00e8rement haut pour un armagnac de 13 ans… Ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 70cl, un Le Fr\u00eache 1990 de l’encantada co\u00fbte presque le m\u00eame prix en fait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hormis cela, c’est tr\u00e8s bon, clairement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Direction le domaine S\u00e9ailles, dans l\u2019aire de la T\u00e9nar\u00e8ze, o\u00f9 ce dernier a acquis de longue date une belle r\u00e9putation dans la production d\u2019Armagnacs fins et mill\u00e9sim\u00e9s… dixit leur site web du moins \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distill\u00e9 en 2000, ce armargnac vieux de 20 ans titre 54% et limit\u00e9 \u00e0 195 bouteilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nez<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Le nez semble tr\u00e8s concentr\u00e9, sur la glue, la caramel\/beurre sal\u00e9, le toffee, le raisin sec gorg\u00e9 de sucre, la mangue, le pruneaux, l’abricot confit, le tabac et le chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tr\u00e8s complexe et hyper gourmand, ce nez est vraiment beau et \u00e0 aucun moment les 54% d’alcool ne viennent g\u00e2cher notre plaisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bouche<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Mmmm, d\u00e9licate, gourmande et plaquante, magnifique ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des ar\u00f4mes chocolat\u00e9s, caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fruit\u00e9s voir m\u00eame acidul\u00e9s par moments font de cette d\u00e9gustation un vrai moment de pur bonheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On y retrouve p\u00e8le m\u00e8le le chocolat, le pruneaux, la vanille, le caramel, la mangue, le tabac, les agrumes confits, la mokatine et le raisin sec sur un profil tr\u00e8s doux et agr\u00e9able. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je lui trouve limite un c\u00f4t\u00e9 Caroni pour tout dire… <\/p>\n\n\n\n
