Ben parce que WIRD \u00e9tait actionnaire \u00e0 1\/3 de National Rum of Jamaica&#8230; on peut continuer ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donc ce soir je vous propose la d\u00e9gustation d&rsquo;un Jamaica 1996-2000-2007 by plantation ! Le tout vieilli en deuxi\u00e8me maturation en f\u00fbt de cognac et de Sauternes, comme toujours chez Plantation. C&rsquo;est un blend quoi \ud83d\ude42 Le rhum de chez Clarendon a ferment\u00e9 4-6  jours et celui de chez Long Pond durant 2 semaines. Autant vous dire qu&rsquo;il devait bien puer avant l&rsquo;assemblage ce dernier \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le tout a vieilli durant <strong>11 <\/strong>ans sur place avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre mis en f\u00fbt de <strong>cognac <\/strong>chez Ferrand durant 1 an et enfin, blend\u00e9 dans un f\u00fbt de <strong>Sauternes <\/strong>durant 6 mois&#8230;. Quel voyage ! Le degr\u00e9 d&rsquo;alcool est de<strong> 46.8%<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fruit\u00e9, vif sur la pomme entre autre, l&rsquo;ananas, la mangue, la vanille, le miel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t parfum\u00e9, on sent le sale Long Pond et la finition Sauternes apporte une belle douceur gourmande. Le tout laisse quelques traces bois\u00e9e avec les fruits secs tels la noisette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bouche<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vif, sur une belle grosse dose d&rsquo;esters avec les fruits bien murs, la p\u00eache, la poire, la mangue, le tout napp\u00e9 d&rsquo;un certain sucrosit\u00e9 et de vanille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finale est plus sur l&rsquo;amertume bois\u00e9e, sans que cela ne soit trop d\u00e9rangeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prix<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">70\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;avais peur que le Sauternes tue le tout, force est de constater que c&rsquo;est dr\u00f4lement bien foutu ce brol.. \u00e7a garde bien sa typicit\u00e9 Jama\u00efquaine et \u00e7a reste accessible avec une belle gourmandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">87\/100<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized is-style-rounded\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/thumb.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11829\" width=\"67\" height=\"67\" srcset=\"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/thumb.png 512w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/thumb-435x435.png 435w, https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/thumb-60x60.png 60w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 67px) 100vw, 67px\" \/><figcaption><a href=\"https:\/\/rumtastingnotes.page.link\/BbuWfdHnBmQt1LWo8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/rumtastingnotes.page.link\/BbuWfdHnBmQt1LWo8<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jamaica 2000<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On rentre dans du lourd ici, un <strong>Clarendon <\/strong>MBK pour \u00ab\u00a0<em>j&rsquo;en ai aucune id\u00e9e<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb de <strong>18 <\/strong>ans sous les tropiques, 1 an en f\u00fbt de cognac <strong>Ferrand <\/strong>et un an en f\u00fbt de <strong>Borderie<\/strong>. Le titrage en alcool est de 51.6%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pwaaaa \u00e7a sent rudement bon \u00e7a ! La mangue, les fruits de la passion, le litchi et quelques notes plus bois\u00e9es avec le fruit sec et le tabac blond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce nez est hyper parfum\u00e9, en mode<strong> jamaique\/cognac<\/strong> bien fruit\u00e9. j&rsquo;aime beaucoup, c&rsquo;est superbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bouche<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout aussi bon, un v\u00e9ritable concentr\u00e9 de fruits avec l&rsquo;ananas, la banane, la mangue, et tout cela en mode bien explosif. Le tout titre un l\u00e9ger 49.1%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nez<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un nez plus marqu\u00e9 par le bois que les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, clairement. Apr\u00e8s, il est rest\u00e9 21 ans dans son f\u00fbt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=i&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fmeilleurstubes.com%2Fviavideos%2Fgilbert-montagne-sunlight-tropiques%2F&amp;psig=AOvVaw227Meqtbf__nSHYO6UwioS&amp;ust=1612731795101000&amp;source=images&amp;cd=vfe&amp;ved=0CAIQjRxqFwoTCMCKvqGU1u4CFQAAAAAdAAAAABAD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sous les soleils des tropiques<\/a>, \u00e7a peut se comprendre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s, il n&rsquo;y a pas que \u00e7a, \u00e7a \u00e9crase certes, mais on retrouve un beau fruit\u00e9 derri\u00e8re tout cela. Ca puirre l&rsquo;ananas, la mangue, la banane et les marqueurs typiques de la <strong>Jama\u00efque<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bouche<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ronde et ample, sur des marqueurs assez bois\u00e9s et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fruit\u00e9es.
