But it does not seem to have lost its initial pep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over time, the <strong>wax <\/strong>from old furniture, the polish and <strong>honey <\/strong>complete this nose, very fruity and fresh for such an old juice \u2026 astonishing but really very beautiful!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Palate<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather light, on more <strong>herbaceous <\/strong>and <strong>floral <\/strong>notes, the fruits seem to be more indented to then let the aging of this spirit express itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notes of <strong>undergrowth<\/strong>, <strong>tea<\/strong>, <strong>tobacco<\/strong>, <strong>wax<\/strong>, freshly cut herbs are here more expressive and apart from an orange side, there are significantly less fruity traces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The finish is medium, leaving us on a woody bitterness, slightly roasted and on a <strong>grapeseed <\/strong>side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Price<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">479\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Conclusion<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What to say in front of such a monument \u2026 to taste the fruit of the work of a complete stranger, more than a century after this one, is always something particularly strange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sitting comfortably in my living room, the gap between my comfort of tasting and his working or living conditions must be quite striking \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond all these considerations, this Cognac is really very good even if I find that the 1925 version was more to my taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The palate may be too marked by the barrel, without it becoming a wood juice.
