{"id":11835,"date":"2020-08-04T08:38:07","date_gmt":"2020-08-04T06:38:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/?p=11835"},"modified":"2020-08-04T08:38:09","modified_gmt":"2020-08-04T06:38:09","slug":"heritage-de-rene-riviere-1913-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2020\/08\/04\/heritage-de-rene-riviere-1913-2\/","title":{"rendered":"H\u00e9ritage de Ren\u00e9 Rivi\u00e8re 1913"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph\">Nouveau voyage dans le temps, et pas des moindres, avec ce Cognac en provenance de chez <strong>Ren\u00e9 Rivi\u00e8res<\/strong> et comptant 67 ans en f\u00fbt et 40 ann\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires en dame jeanne&#8230; oui, ce cognac aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 distill\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0autour\u00a0\u00bb de <strong>1913 <\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imaginez vous, quelqu\u2019un \u00e0 distill\u00e9 ce cognac d\u00e9but du si\u00e8cle pass\u00e9, juste un an avant la premi\u00e8re guerre mondiale et il sera rest\u00e9 en f\u00fbt jusqu&rsquo;en 1981 en ayant travers\u00e9 2 conflits mondiaux et une multitude d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements majeurs !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On pourrait limite penser que ce cognac aura v\u00e9cu avant <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Michel_Drucker\">Michel Drucker<\/a> ! Mais il ne semble pas avoir perdu de son peps initial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec le temps, le <strong>cire <\/strong>de vieux meuble, le menthol, l&rsquo;encaustique et le <strong>miel <\/strong>viennent compl\u00e9ter ce nez, tr\u00e8s fruit\u00e9 et frais pour un aussi vieux jus&#8230; \u00e9tonnant mais vraiment tr\u00e8s beau ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Bouche<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plut\u00f4t l\u00e9g\u00e8re, sur des notes plus <strong>herbac\u00e9es <\/strong>et <strong>florales<\/strong>, les fruits semblent \u00eatre plus en retrait pour laisser ensuite s&rsquo;exprimer le <strong>vieillissement <\/strong>de ce spiritueux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les notes de sous <strong>bois<\/strong>, de <strong>th\u00e9<\/strong>, de <strong>tabac<\/strong>, de <strong>cire, <\/strong>d\u2019herbes fra\u00eechement coup\u00e9es<strong> <\/strong>sont ici plus expressives et mis \u00e0 part un c\u00f4t\u00e9 <strong>orang\u00e9<\/strong>, il y a nettement moins de traces fruit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La finale est moyenne, nous laissant sur une amertume bois\u00e9e, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement <strong>torr\u00e9fi\u00e9e <\/strong>et sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 <strong>p\u00e9pin de raisin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Prix<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">479\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">Conclusion<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que dire face \u00e0 un tel monument&#8230; d\u00e9guster le fruit du travail d&rsquo;un parfait inconnu, plus d&rsquo;un si\u00e8cle apr\u00e8s celui ci est toujours quelque chose de particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9trange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assis tranquillement dans mon salon, le d\u00e9calage entre mon confort de d\u00e9gustation et ses conditions de travail ou de vie doit \u00eatre assez saisissant \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au del\u00e0 de toutes ces consid\u00e9rations, ce Cognac est vraiment tr\u00e8s bon m\u00eame si je trouve que la version de <a aria-label=\"undefined (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"http:\/\/leblogaroger.eu\/index.php\/2020\/06\/03\/heritage-de-rene-riviere-1925\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1925<\/a> \u00e9tait plus \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bouche est peut \u00eatre trop marqu\u00e9e par le f\u00fbt, sans que cela n&rsquo;en devienne un jus de bois.
